Oh, and we can see the whole room from our vantage point? Nothing is in the shadows, so there are no exits... that we can see?
This is a game about killing things and taking their stuff so you can become more powerful in order to kill bigger things and take even better stuff.
Alethan: I'm good with NOT pressing our luck this time.
mjulius: That's how I know I'm home.
Pulpatoon: The whole point of PbP is to take the scheduling pressure off the game. We're just chatty because we're so eager!
Scott308: ...everyone should be reminded of just how wonderful the people they play games with here can be in real life.
Leitz: Quality and quantity wise, I think US is the best I've seen.
Paladin: I can promise terror, glory, and riches...or a quick and brutal death.
Inferno: Come on! That's was Vicar's Head, a completely different doomed village!
Rex: I can move to the wait list to let someone else into the game.

3 cases in the county i work in, 3 cases in my county. that is in the last 3 days when they started testing. expecting it to double or triple daily for the next monthor so. Ohio department of helth said they estimate 100,000 people in the state are infected.

videos of stupid college students getting together at giant parties with classes shut down. this thing is going to get out of hand becuase people are not taking it seriously

I'm guilty of that - fortunately my wife is the practical one in the family who is taking it seriously. All the best to you and your family!

One thing I have in my favor is that I've been practicing social distancing for years :)

In 10 days we'll be Italy, if we don't take it serious fast.

I agree. Really cool depiction.
On November 2nd I will be participating in another 24 hour game of Dungeons & Dragons as part of Extra Life. This organization uses gaming to help raise money to donate to children's hospitals. I'm raising money for Marshfield Children's Hospital in Marshfield, WI, and all money I raise will go to that hospital. All donations are tax-deductible. Please take a moment to check out my donation page below. Thank you.

Poor guy has to keep up with the Stranger Things monster that stole his name!

rredmond wrote:My first thoughts on the room are different now I think. Are the pews just facing the southern, eastern and western walls? There are no pews facing, or murals upon, the northern (door) wall?
The pews are wooden? Originally I thought they were just three straight bench pews, one facing each wall. But now I wanted to ask about the "spiral" comment. Are they three semi-circular pews facing the back three walls? One long semi-circular pew facing the back three walls? Or one big circle of pews, facing all four walls, with the lotus table in the middle? Thank you!

There is a painting on every wall.

We are definitely going to need that powder for something later. Even if we dont, it sounds like a fun way to celebrate our upcoming victory over evil.

I wonder if a druid would know any more about it, since it comes from a flower???

I feel like the powder is just another seductive Inferno-Curse™ just waiting for us, gleefully, telling us to buy the ticket, take the ride.

If no one stops him, Urdur very carefully puts his torch to the powder, slowly but methodically burning the entire pile. He is careful not to inhale any smoke.
I considered this, but I wasn't sure it could be done without the torch-holder getting dosed with the stuff.
