Reven Stiilpahth "This? That's Hebden. Why?"
Did Nalani not also see the character in the photos?

Having accompanied the surveyor around the shop interior he also accompanies him off the ship, giving him an evil eye or two in case he has some intentions, noble or otherwise with Nalani. He will help Maggie with her equipment if needed.

Nālani has been busy with the survey and a side trip, I'm not sure she's seen the image, which is why I haven't commented. I'll have some colourful language when she does see Hebden though :)

As she and the security guards reach the bay where the Queen is parked, she will thank them and make note of their names. When she gets to a quiet spot, she will be sure to send compliments to their supervisor. Certainly, there should be more recognition of good job performance, she thinks.

She rings the "doorbell" to board the ship. If Arnwolf offers to help move her gear, she will accept the assistance. It will have to be stored properly.

Reven Stiilpahth approaches the Captain upon her return."Maybe you can find something on this." He hands he the chip he found. "It was in Hebden's old vacc suit, along with a bottle. I figure we can share it as a crew - either once we get the Queen flying again or after our first job. And Arnwulf was asking about Hebden's picture - didn't say why though."

Nālani is waiting to speak to Indrani and rapidly tapping her fingers on her thigh. Suddenly her eyes focus on Reven through her glasses.

Hebden? Sono kiken'na sukamu, kare wa saiteidesu.

Her original purpose forgotten she calls Arnwolf? What is this about the dishonourable Cull's picture?

He will show Nalani the picture frames and reflect that the croupier looked a bit similar.

Maybe the coin from the Blue Monkey came from him and he still visited the ship?

"I heard the story he was dead. So either that is a cover up or he escaped custody? Tiberius might know because he said he bought his shares from the man after the Queen was impounded, though that must have obviously been before the supposed death.

Wasn't the Cull estate solicitor at the shareholders meeting? He should be informed top?

What do you think Captain? Does his survival impact the ship? Is he involved in the shenanigans and bomb threat?

Perhaps we could go ask him some polite questions?"
by which he means go and kidnap him and bring him aboard the ship for questioning before we turn him over to authorities

Indrani sighs as the questions come in. "Let's hold our discoveries and questions until we can all gather and discuss them at dinner. Unless there's something urgent?"

At this point, she pushes the comm button at the air lock, hoping to get in soon, and away from the protesters next door. Pardon, may I please enter?

The protestors were, for the most part vocal until they realised that you were heading for the other ship, and then a bit embarrassed at having shouted at you - although the anti-downer part of the slogans were heartfelt and weren't limited to New Heaven - Your just being from the same world as them might have part-tainted you by association. Still, there was no physical attempt on your person.

You note that the Car in which the surveyor arrived has gone, and that the bench opposite the ship appears to be occupied by a reporter - For a reporter to be here in person is unusual, your experience suggests that they normally only show up if there is real trouble or there is free booze.

The loading bay is, by comparison, peaceful. Your pressing the comms button seems to wake the Queen who recognises you and allows you into the airlock where your security escort drops his load. I'll wait in the bay a moment until you want to go back and get the rest he helpfully suggests, clearly also appreciating the quiet.

Nālani to Arnwolf:

La! I wish you had told me about the croupier at the time.

It is possible koitsu yatsume Cull was visiting the Queen, but I think not recently. We will ask when we find him, yah? I think we return to the Monkey sooner than I thought. Perhaps his chip will pay for the information that leads us to him. I would like the taste of that.

Now, I must speak with our Captain.

Nālani approaches Indrani:

A word, if I may, Captain. I have stepped in to become legal guardian of the child Assana while her parents endure their difficulties. As such it becomes necessary to register this ship as her home. When it is practical to do so she will need to move here. I believe her family shareholding entitles her to this. I will of course be responsible for her, but I think she will not be a mere air-sucker. The girl has some talents, I am sure she will find a role.

Indrani nods. "Of course. Coordinate with the Queen for her educational needs, and pick a room for her. How old is she?"

She acknowledges the security person's offer, and will take the first load of luggage into the ship. If she sees any other members of the crew, she will greet them, and will inquire where she will be bunking. Then she will get the second load of gear from the loading bay, and thanks the guard who was waiting.

I'm not sure where her gear will get stored.

Indrani nods to her and contacts Pranit. "Pranit, can you see to getting Maggie settled into her room?"

"of course, follow me Maggie.

Pranit awkwardly stands up balancing his wrapped arm.

"Follow me to the open quarters."

Once there. "You can have your choice of any of these.
do you need a hand with anything?

Downs tools after the days work with the lasers and turret mounting and afternoon escorting the surveyor around. He showers before dinner and arrives in the crew quarters in some clean pressed trousers and 'Hawaiian' styled cotton shirt, sunset orange with palm tree and sandy beach visa portrayed on the linen. Clearly he feels off-duty.

He will crack open a beer if available and fellowship over the team meal.

"So who cooked tonight? What's for dinner?"

Indrani turns from where she is uncovering serving dishes at the counter. "I made a buffet with a lasagna, salad, and some different veggies. I'm trying to see what we collectively like and don't like in fresh foods." After everyone has their meal, she looks to Arnwulf. "You had some information about the ship and our situation. Can you share that with us?"

"Do you mean my question about the former Queen steward, Mr Cull?

It seems he may be moonlighting as a croupier in one of the local, let's say, cartel controlled casinos. I understand from the history of the crew that he had passed away while in custody after giving evidence against Capt Celisse which lead to the ship being impounded.

Some of you know the man much better than I. I have never seen him before but in the light of dead bodies on the ship, drugs grown aboard and the bomb scare, I don't think passing coincidences should go without investigating."

Nālani reacts strongly to the mention of Hebden Cull: Cull is no man. Kare wa fumeiyona gesshirui, jōhō teikyō-sha, uragirimonodesu, He induced the Captain into the trouble that came on them then discarded what honour he had by giving evidence against his comrades. I am glad he was not killed, I have a chance to make sure he gets what he deserves.

Speaking more calmly she continues: It is likely he is an agent, and still of use. While it is possible he bought his life with money I think it more likely he is alive because he only has one part of a puzzle. Assana's father, Raoul, has gone on the float. She wants to find him. Others do too. I am one of them, I believe he has another part of the puzzle. I do not know where to start looking for Raoul, yet, but we know where to start looking for the rodent Cull, yah?

She sighs. Another task. Rolling her eyes and smiling self-mockingly I might have to start taking Stims.

Seeing Pranit's injured arm, she says, No, I think I can move what I need. Thank you for the offer, Pranit. She looks at the rooms and picks one.

Should on the floor plan, already.

She's begins unpacking her baggage and storing items in the appropriate cupboards. Then she will join the others for dinner. Thank you Indrani. I have spent years in the Navy. This is far superior to the usual food in the mess hall.
