Robert "Hmm alright well first of all concerns we need to cross the bridge or at least if I am to levitate up. I'll need to get over there first."

Re: 4. The Spires of Ravenloft
Tumbler becomes a bit impatient and ties the rope to himself, hands the end to Vorkath, and scurries across the bridge.
Better to fall then to have my soul sucked away he mutters as he move.

Robert will follow Tumbler's example do exactly as he did to get back over to the tower. "Will you wait up Tumbler you speedy little dwarf!"

Iluq waits with the rest of the group, "I agree with Tumbler, we should make a move, however, I would much rather the move we make be the one that keeps us all alive. Whats the plan?"

Vorkath sighs as he looks at the departing thief and druid. Apparently the dwarf is not one for planning.
To Iluq he says: "Would you like to take the potion of flying and carry me up, roped to you for safety? We will avoid the bucking tower and get there more quickly?"

Weather: Thunderstorm
Moon: Full
Location: Castle Ravenloft, South Tower
**************************************
You stand at the top of the south tower trying to decide how to get to the top of the north tower.
Vorkath mentally calculates the distance across the bridge and up the tower to the door. He figures it's about 40' forward then 50' up, give or take.
Before Vorkath can share his calculations with the others, Tumbler shoves the end of a rope in Vorkath's hand and scurries across the bridge, stopping in the small covered alcove just past the bridge. Robert follows him. The tower remains motionless, although the dull red pulsing glow continues from the heart-shaped gem high overhead.
Vorkath sighs at the dwarf's impulsiveness and resumes planning. Iluq, Tibbius, and Agrippo wait with Vorkath.

"Pah humbug and you questioned this Madams' gypsy soothsaying, now you follow it closer than your devotion! Okay on and upwards to still this beating heart and let it run red with grim blood and death on your blade"
Agrippo's speaks his usual mix of gruff irritation and gung-ho-ness. Coming to the bridge Agrippo will cross, shield strapped onto his back but spear in hand to aid balance and ward of any bats or gargoyles that come near to him.

Vorkath and Iluq compute how much weight could be carried by either of them flying. "I defer to your choice of crossing Iluq, by foot or air. I could drink it, carry you across minus backpack, then come back for the backpack."

Vorkath, paladin
Vorkath turns to the green elf, who has been taciturn of late. "I could fly you in turn, or you could rope and cross by foot. Whatever you prefer."

The Green Elf
In that case......I think I will see how the first flight goes, and then make my decision.

Re: 4. The Spires of Ravenloft
Vorkath ties to Iluq, drinks the potion, and carries Iluq (minus backpack) to the top of the tower. Assuming no problems, repeat with Tibbius. Then retrieve their backpacks.
Re: 4. The Spires of Ravenloft
Where exactly will Vorkath deposit Iluq? On the steps in front of the door at the top of the tower? Or do you have a plan for how you will open the door first?
For Vorkath to carry Iluq while flying, Iluq will have to drop all his gear except for his armor. His shield will need to stay behind, as will his weapons. MonkeyWrench, please let me know if that's what Iluq will do.
It will take 3 rounds to carry Iluq to the door. What is everyone else doing while this is going on?
