Hello All,
I've noticed an impressive range of different Gaming Systems being played on Unseen Servant. My friends and I have been playing D&D Next, which is still in playtesting (sigh). Has anyone heard when they are finally going to release it? I think the last guesstimate I heard was this Summer.
Secondly, is Next being played much on Unseen Servant?
Thanks,
G
New to Unseen Servant
Hey
I think it's super cool to see so many gamers from ALL OVER getting together to game on Unseen Servant. As you can tell I am a total newbie to online gaming. I grew up with old school D&D back in high school (waaaay back when). Most of our old crew has gotten back together and have been gaming for a few months now. It has been a super blast! Plus we are playtesting D&D Next. Do many gamers play Next on US.
I can vouch for all the guys who I have befriended thus far: Johnny Champion, Doricin and Rhourk (I've known these guys for years). One more person from our old crew needs to sign up and Agnati is going to start gaming with us next week (he seems very cool).
Mostly we are going to try to take care of all of our NPC stuff online: training, towns, buying gear, getting intel, yadda, yadda, yadda.
We want to maximize our gaming experience (meaning dungeons) when we get the whole crew together. Scheduling can be a real issue with so many players.
Looking forward to testing out US. I'm sure we'll have a bunch of questions.

Welcome to the Unseen Servant! We enjoy long walks by the beach, candle-lit dinners, funny cat videos, and the occasional dungeon crawls!
Life is a roller coaster, if you don't stop to enjoy it then you may as well not even ride.

Welcome and I have not seen Next on here much but there is plenty of room so pull up a table and set the chairs.

A couple weeks ago I saw that Next's official release was scheduled for July/August. Much waiting. Much patience.
