Re: Unseen Servant Press publishes its first adventure
I got mine in a couple of days and have read about half of it - very good stuff, Greg! The maps are killer and the artwork is also very, very good. Who is the artist for the first inside photo on the title page? The one with the man and woman back to back, surrounded by skeletons? I love it!

I figured so > I recognized Atom's work.
I finished reading the adventure over the weekend > really nice work, Greg. Makes me want to know more about the region and the adventures therein. I especially liked the last couple of pages giving out some details about the surrounding lands, woods, towns, etc. And again, those maps are fantastic!

I'm allowed to glance lovingly at the cover though when it comes, right? Right?
This is a game about killing things and taking their stuff so you can become more powerful in order to kill bigger things and take even better stuff.

This really looks great! You should do a raffle for a copy to support the server and share the love!

Re: Unseen Servant Press publishes its first adventure
I just placed my order for one. Can't wait to see what an actual module looks like, this will be a first for me! Thanks ToniXX

Re: Unseen Servant Press publishes its first adventure
I just recieved it yesterday and looked it over during my lunch break, great stuff! So this is what a module looks like... the maps are well done, a good reference indeed. Thanks again ToniXX

Re: Unseen Servant Press publishes its first adventure
This is what one module looks like. I have it and, from what I've looked at, it is a great module (he is running it on the forums, though it is on temporary hiatus, and I have a character in it, so I didn't do anything besides read the front and back and glance through the pages in a general sort of way to see the layout and such.Rukellian wrote:So this is what a module looks like...
You should increase your sample size for better information on what "the norm" is.

Re: Unseen Servant Press publishes its first adventure
Glad you got and like it, Rukellian.
I was going for a somewhat old-school style when I designed this. It deviates from that a bit: the handout is color, the maps on the inside cover are not in 'drop-out' blue. But the art is great (IMO) and the adventure itself can be a single shot or easily made part of a larger campaign. At least that's how I tried to design it.

Just bought mine! I have been away from the site for too long and had no idea the module was out. Looks great and can't wait to read it. I'll post a review in the Pacesetter newsletter next month.
