I'm a new "oldie"
Hello everyone.
I've been involved with D&D since about 1977; though 1980 was the beginning of my true apprenticeship.
I've been hanging around various forums since 2007, after a lengthy sabbatical.
Heard about this place for a long time, and thought I'd pop in and see what its about.

This is a game about killing things and taking their stuff so you can become more powerful in order to kill bigger things and take even better stuff.

Welcome, ProfessorJones. Your background sounds remarkably similar to many of us, so I'm sure you'll fit right in.

Welcome Aboard!!
The ride never ends here.
and I'm not a new oldie at all! I'm actually just new, and sometimes I wonder if I am in fact the youngest person on this forum....

Life is a roller coaster, if you don't stop to enjoy it then you may as well not even ride.
