Code: Select all

One share is 1164.0 cash and 355.0 xp.

Check my math, this is in addition to the existing coin and XP. It does not count the new PCs, and we still need to pay ~50s in taxation.

Code: Select all

One share is 1200.0 cash and 0.0 xp.
ji-ho gets 1200.0 in coin and 0.0 in XP.
siwoo gets 600.0 in coin and 0.0 in XP.

borav gets 0.0 in coin and 0.0 in XP.

Began with 6000 in coin and 0 xp, gave out 6000.0 coin and 0.0 xp.

Egyptian Tomb Complex

Obviously no maps, whoever was here must have been seriously lost...

Coins recovered [10d6]=38 3800 coins worth 4370p weighing ~32lbs.
Gems recovered [10d3]=17 17 stones worth 4610 with negligible weight.
Jewel chance [1d100]=16 3 Jewels.
Jewels recovered [_3d30]=(25+3+9)=37
- Gold earrings set with gems (8000p, 4oz each)
- Green Jade set in silver tiara (2300p, weighs 3lbs)
- Wrought gold pendant (1500p, 4 ounces)
(in the treasure tables wrought just means no gems)

Where it gets interesting is now in the miscellaneous salvage you can get. There are some items of note:
- A longship.
- 14 carriages
- 20 chariots
- 11 sedan chairs
- a dozen catapults
- several siege rams
- scores of outfits fit for nobility and courtiers
- furniture for a fancy suite and rooms (wardrobes and beds and rugs...)
- 37 barrels of oil

There are also tools and containers. There is no food left of course.

This all paints the picture to me of an Egyptian-style tomb complex.

Total recovered value:
Coins/gems: 8980p -this is immediately usable.
Jewels: 11,800p - this needs a buyer
Salvage: This stuff will not be saleable but instead can be used to directly upgrade Eastfort. There is more than enough to tear down and build a pallisade once your ramparts are finished. You can choose to do that (and increase your Stronghold value, or to attract more families)

Using the Potion of Treasure Finding.

Baeyik drinks the draught then hops about throwing javelins at where the potion tells him the best caches are. This is the same as a month of normal progress.
Baeyik Spy with Potion [2d6]=8 He gets +6 to this roll (Spy, Rogue, Dex, Strider, Raven, Lower Water) which nets 12+.
12+: 10d6x100 coins, 10d3 gems, 1d4 jewels
Baeyik finds [10d6x100]=26x100=2600 coins, [10d3]=22 gems, [1d4]=3 jewels
Jewels recovered [_3d30]=(12+4+27)=43

Coins worth 2990p weighing 25lbs
Gems worth 5975p
3 Jewels
- Gold necklace set with gems (7000p) 8oz
- Silver bracelet set with gems (1000p) 1lb
- Wrought electrum earrings (700p) 4oz

Dragon Treasure.

Coins 61058p weighing 570lbs
Gems 39570p 180 gems weighing a few pounds
Salvage 3310p weighing several tons (mostly tools and equipment as the other forts)

Jewelry
worth 20800p
Jade necklace (1500p)
Platinum pendant set with gems (12000p)
Platinum ring set with gems (2000p)
Silver necklace set with gems (2000p)
Gold ring (500p)
Gold tiara (1400p)
Silver and gold crown (800p)
Silver necklace (600p)

Magic Items

Scrolls
5 tubes containing scrolls with a single spell each. 1 Cleric (Scroll of Quest), 2 Mage (Fireball, Teleport) and 2 of Protection (Protection from Possession, Protection from Werecreatures).

Potions
- Fire Resistance
- Black Water
- Potion of Water Breathing
- Cannot for the life of her figure out what this translucent gel does.
- Potion of Clairvoyance
- Potion of Flying
- Potion of Humanoid Control
- Potion of Giant Control
- Potion of Invisibility
- Potion of Invulnerability

Arms
A silver dagger without a sheath found between the fingers of the dragon's left claw. Spellthief's Dagger and it can transform itself into a piece of jewelry. This one becomes a bracelet and is also attuned to dragons and thrums in their presence to alert the wielder/wearer. Furthermore with it strikes a large enemy it extends to the length if a sword in the wound, driving a deeper cut.

A warhammer made for a Dawi highpriest. (To the Dawi)
A broad-axe of Dawi make that looks like glass but is heavier than stone. (To the Dawi)

A bronze mace with a head wrought to look like the Book of Law The mace probably once had a name, but for now is just being called The Companion's Mace (The Lawgiver's Companions are the Apostles of Hemia's religion) It only functions for a Cleric or Paladin but when wielded it trails incense. Its first function is that this incense acts as a reagent and reduces the base ritual cost of Cleric spells by 1p (like a mage's Empowered Focus). It also increases the effect of Bless spells (user only) by granting +1 to hit all enemies (not just capital E evil ones), grants an additional bonus against Fiends (inflicting -1 to their saves and attacks vs the user) and +1 to all Channel Divinity rolls.

Armor
Heavy Armor: A full suit of heavy maille with bracers, greaves and a strong helm made for a Dwarf. It is etched with dozens of Dawi runes of protection and growth. (To the Dawi)
Well Armor (odd phrasing but it tells you the type ;) ): An open helm and stout hauberk with bracers made for a Dwarf. Its runes are of protection, devotion and forging showing it was made to be worn by a priest. (To the Dawi)

Rings
Ring of ... aura of abjuration. Wide and made of adamantine, Dawi runes KARI NUN KARAK. A traditional Dawi saying that literally means 'protect and endure'. Ring of Protection. It Improves the wearer's armor class and saving throws by 1.

Ring of ... aura of transmutation. Made of silver and set with blue gems. It looks almost like a flowing stream or a wave. Silver Ring of Water Walking: This Ring allows the wearer to walk on water (including snow, mud, oil, wet leaves, etc) as if it were dry ground. Movement of the fluid is still a problem.

Ring of ... aura of transmutation. Made of brass but rough to the touch. Unadorned. Brass Ring of Berserk Strength: This ring increases the wearer's Strength and Constitution by +1 but drives them into a uncontrollable rage (as the Berserker Feat) in combat. When presented with a foe (any hostile creature when combat has not yet begun. Once combat starts there is no save), a saving throw must be made to resist immediately charging into melee combat. If the wearer already has the Berserker feat this effect compounds on it increasing the bonuses but making the save harder.

Rods, Staves & Wands
Rod of aura of abjuration. Forged from adamantine and etched and inset with brass Dawi runes of protection.Rod of Absorption: This Rod can be used by anyone to negate a spell or effect directed toward them. This can counter spells being cast, dispel spells in effect or even destroy magical items. You must have the Rod in hand to do this reactively and be able to place it in the path of the effect (requires a roll). The SP of a spell absorbed this way are stored and can be used by any spellcaster to cast spells in place of their own SP (or reagents for a Ritual). This rod can absorb up to 5SP. If there is not enough 'open space' in the Rod to store an effect there is a chance of it being destroyed. If used to destroy a permanent magic item it may also be destroyed (it absorbs one use items as if the spell contained was cast).

Wand of aura of divination. Forked at the end and carved of dark wood. Smooth and unadorned. Definitely not of dwarven make. Wand of Magic Detection: It casts Detect Magic, but the range is reduced to 30' from 60' and the area is spherical instead of a cone and it can partially see through walls. It works like a tuning fork and anyone can use it to detect the presence of magic but only a Mage* can determine the type of magic or gain greater insight.
*or other class with ability to use Wands as a Mage, so Elves and those with Arcane Intuition, but not Clerics for example.

Wondrous
A tun barrel with a spigot and iron banding etched with Dawi runes VAL DA HAX KUL HA meaning 'master of brewing!' and many other superlatives and recipes. Seems empty but literally weighs a ton. aura of transmutation and conjuring Its an Alchemy Jug, albeit one that weighs a ton rather than being hand portable. It transmutes and purifies liquids poured into it (mostly wastes you want to dispose of anyway) and outputs from the tap something usable. Volumnes are based on the value of the liquid (though since pure water is the largest volume and if you were in the desert...). As it is of Dawi make it can produce a decent beer, a passable ale and a drinkable whiskey. If you pour in water to get these you get diminishing returns, but if you add stale beer you get that decent beer back. You can also use it to refine alchemical reagents and precursors. This lowers the special reagent cost of potions or increase productivity of chemical reliant trades (ie you can sell the reagents it produces if you don't need to use them).

A horn of the type Dawi use to store firesand, filled with dark sand and Dawi runes NA DOK AK meaning 'not seen' aura of enchantment The horn is filled with Nightsand (AKA Dust of Dissappearance). When a pinch of it is sprinkled over an object or person they become invisible.

Musical instrument: a set of Pipes bearing Dawi runes (DM note, this was too complicated to spell out) reading 'triumph over the underthings' aura of enchantment and conjuration Used to control pests, needs Barnaby to check into further.
