Posting Guidelines & Expectations

Lore of the Plains uses the AD&D 1e/OSRIC rule set as a base. House rules are bolted onto these base rules.

The posting rate is 2-3 times a week (including weekends).

Please follow these guidelines for posting in the action threads:

 [*] Character name and type in BOLD
 [*] Regular action in black text
 [*] Dialog spoken to each other IN CHARACTER is blue. Use the 'dialog' BBCode.
 [*] OUT OF CHARACTER discussion in the action thread in red. Use the 'ooc' BBCode.

Example:

Bolz, Gunslinger

Bolz draws his six-shooter at some small lizards. He fires the pistol at the pack, aiming for the lead reptile.

“I know these damn things taste like chicken!” Bolz growls.

OOC: Reminds me of an arcade game.

You are expected to make you own combat/ability check rolls. There will be occasions where I will make some of the character rolls (surprise, detection, etc.) The UnseenServant campaign number is 1090.

If circumstances prevent you from being able to roll, PM me and we will work something out.
