Sorry to hear that, but I truly do understand.terrymixon wrote: ↑Thu Oct 24, 2024 2:49 am Got word from Eris today that while he wishes he could keep playing this game, life, the universe, and everything tells him that it isn't in the cards. I'll be NPCing Spicoli from this point more directly. On we march.

I'm sorry to hear that as well but it's best to cut the cord cleanly when you have to.terrymixon wrote: ↑Thu Oct 24, 2024 3:07 amAs I told him, if circumstances change, he can pick back up with Spicoli.joertexas wrote: ↑Thu Oct 24, 2024 3:01 amSorry to hear that, but I truly do understand.terrymixon wrote: ↑Thu Oct 24, 2024 2:49 am Got word from Eris today that while he wishes he could keep playing this game, life, the universe, and everything tells him that it isn't in the cards. So I had extra time the am so I could post
Yesterday was planned to go to a illustration convention with my wife. https://imaginativerealism.com/
My wife has been on the cusp of breaking out for about a decade and this would have been a chance to meet with editors and other artists on a higher level.
Well about 85 miles out the car engine started to knock, long story short, wait 5 hours for a AAA tow and back home at 9pm last night.
in case anyone is interested.

Sorry for the silence, the World Series has been distracting me. The first ever walkoff grand slam in the series was Friday night! Go Dodger blue!
Re: The Starport Dive
Go Blue!!
Re: The Starport Dive
It is truly a classic with great players on both sides. I grew up Dodger blue.
Re: The Starport Dive
Growing up, my dad's employers had corporate season tickets. He'd get 4 tickets 4 or 5 times per season. 2nd tier just left of home plate. In my travels and living around the country, I've tried to get to all the great MLB stadiums.
Re: The Starport Dive
Great tickets! We usually set in the left field cheap seats

Re: The Starport Dive
Weirdly, Yankee Stadium is one I've not been to.
