Hey cybersavant, if I may make a suggestion? Maybe it is time to either nail down some expectations regarding posting rates for players and DM, or simply move the game along with whomever is around? I feel if we are otherwise waiting for all the players to post (how many are we again? 6?), the game will never move forward.
I am here just in recovery after having nasal surgery.

Still interested. I don't mind posting a couple times a week or so.

I would suggest continuing with the three of us for now - we have a Witch, a Bard and a Paladin. So it is not a bad group at all.
Perhaps recruit a 4th if absolutely required, but I would make our priority to keep the game moving forward.
Playing PbP through the years, I am more and more convinced it is better to just play with those who are more consistent, than trying to have larger groups but with erratic posting and participation.
(Quick recap question - how many NPCs do we have with us? Three, correct? Horgus Gwerm, Anevia Tirabade and Aravashnial)
plus the AWOL PCs who will be NPCs at the back until they wander off or die

Hey everyone, been hyped to play this AP for a very long time, but this is not working out for me.
I could dissect the reasons why - happy to discuss it over PM with anyone interested - but I think there is no point in doing it here. Suffice it to say I think we unfortunately do not have enough dynamic, focus or engagement in general.
Thus it is not an enjoyable experience for me, when the whole point of playing RPGs is enjoying oneself.
So I will bow out and make room for others.
Thank you for trying to run this cybersavant, and thank you GreyWolfVT and Demilich for sticking with it.

With that shall we close the doors on this cybersavant or look for more players? Thoughts?
Sorry to see you go Edeldhur

Sad but it happens. I hope it doesn't discourage you from running more games cybersavant.
