And where is Siouxsie
Moonday, 17th day of Planting, 597
12th day since leaving Loftwick

Nah Olos (AC 4, HP 44/53)
Qleceec (AC 1, HP 50/63) (Infravision)

Boff (AC 5, HP 60/61)
Frannie (AC 4, HP 26/26)
Garrant (AC 3, HP 49/50, Armor 8/8)
Androgost (AC -6, HP 60/65, Armor 25/26)
Hex (AC 0, HP 17/27, Armor 8/8) (Continual Light coin)
Raffi (AC -1, HP 17/21, Armor 8/8)
Siouxsie (AC 2, HP 45/48) - Location unknown

The main part of the group (everyone except Nah Olos and Qleceec) are in the previous room (not on the map but would be in the bottom left corner) and are trying to get some important information and organize a response.
  • Hex asks Boff what ambushed him including some probing questions, and Boff says "Best I can tell yah is I didn't see any heat signatures until two humanoid figures perhaps a foot taller than me, an much thinner than me stepped around tha corner an shot me wit somethin crossbow like that appears ta have had poison on it."
  • Androgost asks, "Can we flank them through there do you think? Set up a diversion?" - but alas no one knows if there is a flanking path and no one answers him.
Raffi puts out his dagger light, and puts his two glands in a container on his person. Raffi and Hex look for cover (or shadows for Raffi)

Nah Olos and Qleceec go running up the tunnel with sword and bow out respectively. It takes them a moment to get started as they are trying to switch back infravision from just having been in the light. Quick enough they get back their night vision and move out. There is a slight jog in the tunnel and the duo notices that the silence field that Boff mentioned, just at the bend and back off slightly. (The silence edge would a 3-5 feet in front of the pair on the map)

Qleceec

Qleceec hand signals Nah to be careful, then scans the area best she can for any indication of anyone/anything. She is considering the possibility that the Druidess shape changed into a small animal of some sort as well.

Boff "As fer flankin' em I doubt it. They set their trap right in middle of a intersection so they got the drop on me from both sides, least I think they were." he says trying to recall better details of the ambush/trap.

Hex is grim at the news. Sounds like dark elves to me he says glumly.

Was it a trap, or a spell do you think, that caught you in its stink?

Raffi will remain in hiding, in case the group decides to draw the ambushers to them.

Androgost smiles grimly, "Silence you say? Swords work just fine even in silence..."

After some thought, he can think of no other way forward immediately, "I'm ready to take this ambush head on. Anyone with me? I will take the north tunnel if someone wants to take the south and we deal with this."

Nah Olos whsipers, "I'm going to do like back at the mud." He clibs up close to the top, then sidles sideways toward the corner in order to peek at what lies beyond.

Boff readies his bow in the event there is something that makes an appearance this time to shoot at.

And where is Siouxsie
Moonday, 17th day of Planting, 597

Nah Olos (AC 4, HP 44/53)
Qleceec (AC 1, HP 50/63) (Infravision)
Boff (AC 5, HP 60/61)
Androgost (AC -6, HP 60/65, Armor 25/26)

Frannie (AC 4, HP 26/26)
Garrant (AC 3, HP 49/50, Armor 8/8)
Hex (AC 0, HP 17/27, Armor 8/8) (Continual Light coin)
Raffi (AC -1, HP 17/21, Armor 8/8)
Siouxsie (AC 2, HP 45/48) - Location unknown

Still in the cavern (just off the lower left side of the map) are Hex (with his continual light coin) and Garrant, Frannie and Raffi that is trying to find some dark areas to hide. About 60-70 down the tunnel Nah Olos has entered the silence field, climbed as high as he can in the tunnel and sneaking a peak around the corner at the "T" intersection that Boff and Siouxsie were attacked. Qleceec is ready with her bow right outside the silence field. Boff and Androgost move out of the light and are trying to get their infravision back and move up behind Qleceec. Boff has his bow out and Androgost his sword.

What Nah Olos sees?
There are two 5' tall figures (one on each side of the T) hiding to ambush whomever comes around that corner you are looking around.

Nah Olos climbs back and then down to Qleceec. He whispers, "Two ambushers, one on either side, about 5' tall each. No sign of Siouxsie".
