"We need to get to that little stone statue over there!" she points, speaking to Taibhse. "It may stop them from fighting...or may only incite them into a frenzy. I don't know, but I'm heading that way. Come with?"

Not sure exactly where the statue is on the map, but Ceana will keep her torch, draw her falcata, and move toward it, trying to keep her back to a wall and out of the worst of the melee...if possible ;)
Sorry, I forgot to add it on the map. The statue is against the wall "directly across the chamber", so she will need to enter the Forest of Bones to get there. Does she still want to try that?

Cyril

Shaking his head, Cyril begins speaking in tongues in a low voice. He reaches out and attempts to touch the dwarf that closed with him.

Casting Cause Fear
...The reverse of this spell, cause fear, requires a touch attack. If the target is struck and fails its sorcery saving throw, modified by willpower adjustment, if applicable, it must flee from the caster at maximum MV for 1 round per CA level (or simply cower if cornered). Cause fear is broken if the victim is attacked.

Belloc

Frustrated and concerned by the rapid escalation, Belloc casts Sleep on the dwarfs.

OOC: will center the spell to affect the dwarfs outside the bone field first, im not sure if the bone field does automatic damage but if so i think it might negate (wake up) the sleep spell

Sleep:
Sleep
Lvl: mag 1, wch 1 | Rng: 120 feet | Dur: 2d8 turns

Induces victims of 4 HD or fewer to slumber, with no saving throws possible. This enchantment encompasses a 30-foot-diameter area and affects 2d8 HD of creatures, starting with the lowest HD creatures first. Note that any “+” to hit dice should be ignored when determining the HD value of affected targets (e.g., a 3+1 HD creature counts as 3 HD, though a 3 HD creature will be ensorcelled before a 3+1 HD creature). Alternatively, this spell can be targeted at a single creature of 5 HD or fewer. Sleeping victims will not awaken from normal noise, though they will rouse if shaken or slapped. Undead and constructs are unaffected by this spell.

Under The Zakath Desert
Dwarfs Dont Like Dolls
No Idea On Time Of Day

The dwarfs push through the grasping bones, ready to join their ugly kin in battle. Akhilleus is hit once by their attacks, 3 dam as is Belloc, which causes the mage enough damage to disrupt his spell. 4 dam (you can make a [4d6] Concentration Check vs. INT to see if he can retain the spell before it's lost)

Ceana tries to cross the bones of Xenos, she too becoming caught up in the magic that prevents her from moving any faster than half speed. Two of the trapped dwarfs see her plan and attempt to intercept the Druid, all of them convening at the rock ledge and the green statue simultaneously.

Xenos slashes at the dwarf in front of Cyril, cutting him badly before the Priest uses magic of his own, sending the wounded dwarf back across the room in utter fear, where it runs directly into the groping field of bones and is slowed. Akhilleus attacks like a whirling lunatic, killing one of the dwarfs on him with just two thrusts of his blade. Sik is successful defending himself, but at the cost of his own attack missing badly. Taibhse attacks as well but his attempt is also faulty.

Despite their Wizard being accosted right in front of him, Kainaxarthos stays where he is, trying to lasso the dwarf in front of Belloc (and Drest) instead. Projecting his aim around the pair allows the dwarf just enough time to sidestep the ranged attack, though the rope does catch him around one arm. Can I get a D12 roll from Kain with his next action, please? Drest also stays put, deciding that missile fire is his best choice of action. He plunks one of the dwarfs moving across the floor filled with wiggling bones, hitting him squarely before he gets to his target.

Drest

Drest switches weapons to his short sword as he charges across to aid Ceana, looping around the field of bones.

His move is 50, but if it isn't enough to reach a dwarf on a charge he will just Move at double to get there for next round.

Charge is -1 AC penalty and +2 damage.

Ceana

Seeing the two Dwarfs closing on her, she yells, "Stop! I don't want to hurt you, but by Yoon'Deh I will."
Her primary goal is to examine the statue. If either move to attack her, she will strike!

Sik, seeing his enemy injured by Akhilleus' blow, switches his tactics and pushes forward with reckless abandon against the dwarf in front of him.

Kainaxarthos

Kain smiles in surprise as the lasso closes upon a dwarf. Its arm, at least. He tries to pull and knock his quarry over.

Cyril
"What a strange fight. Half of us don't wish to be fighting while the other half are in a murderous rampage. We really must be more in sync in the future." As the dwarf approaches him, he swings out reflexively at the small humanoid.

Taibhse, Cyril, and Xenos combine to nearly kill the dwarf in front of them, the priest condemning their uncouth battle strategies as he flails out with his staff. The horseman's pick he gets hit with in retaliation hurts......a lot. 6 dam Sik nearly drops the enemy he is fighting with one heavy, unfettered slash, still dodging the counter strike despite his reckless attack.

With the dwarf on Belloc down to one usable arm, and Kain yanking on the lasso wrapped around the other, Belloc tries casting his spell again. This particular dwarf doesn't seem so mentally challenged when he moves his weapon to his other hand and smashes it into the Mage again. 2 dam (same routine for the spell retention) Kian tries to play tug of war with the much stronger brute, and it isn't going in his favor.

Ceana gets hammered viciously in response to her parlay 4 dam, striking back at the ugly creature trying to kill her, injuring him badly with her angled sword. Drest races across the room, avoiding the groping bones in the floor but missing the mark with his attack once he arrives.

As if the dwarfs weren't a big enough challenge to contend with, Kain realizes why one was banging on a pot when he luckily hears the clacking of several 2 foot long massive creepy crawling insects trying to sneak into the chamber behind the group.

Sik hears the crawling vermin behind him and shudders in disgust. He takes a moment to shout, "Akhilleus! Kain will need your help, I will help Belloc after I finish this one off."

To hit, fighting recklessly: [1d20+3]=15+3=18, damage with battle axe: [1d10+2]=1+2=3

I hope that's enough... -2 AC
