Hex agrees and lands upon the ground. He will fall into his marching order, keeping his continual light coin at the tip of his staff uncovered to light the middle of the group.

Raffi also falls into his marching order and keeps his enchanted dagger exposed also.

"We should get moving, I think we have wasted enough time and resources here."

If everyone agrees she will lead the way.

He falls back into his previous spot in the marching order.

Hex will cast Phantom armour upon Garrant if he wishes once they are close together and the others are still forming their lines.

He will try and retain the spell in his mind too.

Hex nods. I do not believe it really was a wizard. Some creature with access to magical powers that can disguise its true form would be much more likely I shouldn’t wonder. he says, after his armour ward is cast.

Hex casts his Phantom Armor spell on Garrant as well, so three of the final members of the group appear to be walking in Plate Mail. The group decides to move past the smooth wall and it able to get across the final pit and then resets into the single file group order. The smoke has completely cleared by now. The Highway continues running in the same general easterly direction with the rough passageway being about 10' tall and wide. After perhaps 300 feet from the second pit the lead two characters see just inside the edge of the groups light a clear glass container with gold colored liquid and an iron stopper that is lying on its side close to the southern edge of the tunnel.

Qleceec raises her hand to indicate stop.

To everyone, pointing at the bottle "Do you see the bottle? This has trap written all over it."

She readies her bow to cover whoever goes to investigate it.

Nah Olos sidles up along the wall farthest from the bottle, sword in hand, watching for trip wires and listening intently.

Qleceec notes "This has trap written all over it." and trains her bow covering Nah Olos as he moves up with his sword drawn on the opposite side of the hall from the bottle. He is looking for some trap connected with the bottle, but does not see anything like trip wires connected to it. However, as the light moves slightly forward, it illuminates another clear bottle about 10 feet further down the hallway on the same side as Nah Olos. This second bottle has a black stopper that looks like a carved rose. The second bottle is standing up, but under it is a something soaking into the ground and there is broken glass (like someone threw something glass with a liquid in it to the ground and then placed this bottle on that spot.)

Nah Olos stops and tells the others what he sees. "Could that have something to do with the mud?"

"Maybe, but is it meant to create more here? Be careful."

Garrant moves to the front of the main group, and focuses his mind on detecting magic on the bottles and the surrounding area.

Hex & Raffi will get as far back as the edge of the light source will allow and “watch the rear”
