Re: OOC
I've got some encumbrance issues and gear to adjust but otherwise Pim is good to go.

Re: OOC
Hey folks!
We are waiting on three more sheets, so hopefully this one will be rolling along here shortly.
Since we will all be starting out together, the intro thread might get a little convoluted initially, but that should work itself out in quick fashion as characters move off to do their own things.
As we see the sheets continue to come in, go ahead and think about which characters your PC might want to work with so we can get groups set up eventually.
Thanks!

Re: OOC
Glancing through backgrounds I'm noticing 3 of us selected Longspear as our place or origin/homeland. So we might have bumped into one another at some point in our prior lives. That gives me somethings to work with.

Re: OOC
Primarily good alignments at this point (8) with some neutral (4). Splitting on the law/chaos axis might work as there are 4 lawful and 5 chaotic with 3 neutrals (with respect to l/c). This would give us:
Law
Magdal (LG human ranger)
Rida (LG human fighter)
Sylla (LN elf cleric/magic-user)
Meinhardt (LN human magic-user)
Stobart (NG human cleric)
Pimlan (NG halfling fighter/thief)
Chaos
Kega (CG half elf cleric/ranger)
Thirteen (CN half orc cleric/thief)
Dredd (CG half orc fighter)
Haldric (CG dwarf cleric)
Renna (CG elf magic-user/cleric)
Loyn (N dwarf fighter)
The law group ends up with all the humans and half as many clerics (2 vs 4). Law has twice as many magic-users (2 vs 1). Each group has a ranger and a thief. Both groups have 4 good and 2 neutral. Interesting exercise, this could actually work. It wouldn't work this way in play necessarily but the lawful group should be better organized and work better together since they are predominantly lawful and have less friction between the races (mostly human with an elf and halfling). The chaos group is obviously mostly chaotic and also split among races that historically don't get along, 2 half orcs, 2 dwarfs, an elf, and a half elf. With no humans they could have issues at the keep if it is human centric.

Re: OOC
I had been thinking of subgroups based on where they are from and combine a few of those together - the disadvantage is the wizards are all three from distant lands.
"Distant Lands"
Stobart Galt (Human male Cleric(Fharlanghn) - NG) from Keoland (Woodsage in the Barony of Sayre)
Renna Kellamin (Elf Female Magic User/Cleric - CG) from Keoland (Silglen in the Barony of Grayhill)
Meinhardt Grayson (Human Male Magic-User - LN) from Great Kingdom of Aerdy
Sylla Lontharra (Elf Female Cleric/Magic-user - LN) from elf court
"Locals"
Rida (Human Male Fighter - LG) from rural village
Keya Redd (Half Elf Male Cleric/Ranger - CG) from near-by
Thirteen Twojaws (Half-orc Male Cleric/Thief - CN) from near-by
"The Yeomanry League, but not locals"
Pimlan 'Pim' Greenstride (Halfling Male Fighter/Thief - NG) from Longspear, The Yeomanry League
Dredd (Half-Orc Male Fighter - CG) from Longspear, The Yeomanry League
Magdal Haldeene (Human Female Ranger - LG) from Longspear, The Yeomanry League
"Unknown"
Haldric Hammerheart (Dwarf Male Cleric - CG) from unknown
Loyn Bene Shortbeard (Dwarf male Fighter - N) from unknown

Fascinating how the Lawful and Chaotic groups align.

Re: OOC
You know with dwarves from unknown lands, just means they really do sprout from holes in the ground right

Re: OOC
I like the Yeomanry League idea. Longspear is small enough to where we actually may know one another, or at least have heard about or seen each other.
Winter is coming...
Re: OOC
I think we were told we would all start as traveling together and split up from there. So initial location could be a reason to go with a particular individual but it wouldn't be required. A monk would add to the Lawful group and I think from my count there is another character or 2 yet to come.
