For a completeness assets also include the Clinic / Hospital facility (see below).
Another perhaps less obvious asset is the "gentrified" area referred to as "Merc Town" but now calling itself "Garrison" (on the other end of the road bridge connecting to the arcology) which is protected by the Bartizan Community Patrol (anti gang militia). This area is a (relatively) secure R&R amenity, a supply resource (seafood) for the Bartizan and is also a source of Downspire Intel and pro SEMC goodwill. (It plays the "Small Heath" to your "Peaky Blinders").
Your (civilian) Local Air Traffic operate all weather Radar for tracking exits and arrivals.
I recall you have a mid tech short/medium range AA missile launcher (on the spire roof) with its own tracking and target acquisition radar.
Things you have recently acquired/stolen include a sealed environment (submersible) G Carrier and a Cutter (50 dton, 4G, cargo 30 dton, Value ~30MCr - not too shabby!) both craft at TL13.
