With the opening made by Zengar's attack, Goosh Goosh will use his bolt shooter on one of the aliens, assuming he still has a clear shot.

While Abel is ducked down behind the crate to avoid the green laser beams slicing through the smoke billowing from the canister, he readies another arrow and looks over to see what his companions are doing. "Hope that smoke ain't the lethal kind," he offers in his usual sarcastic nature.

So as to not pop up in the same place he was just at before, he moves to the left side of the crate and stands up to shoot another arrow off at the doorway...

(I am so utterly sorry about my delay, I have been kept very busy lately with work.) Zengar takes cover behind a crate and gives a grim look to the remaining aliens, his hands twitching in impatience to launch another fire storm. "The very skill you witnessed has been forged in the minds of gods and refined through years of arcane duels beyond your ken! I suggest you flee, creatures of darkness!" He shouts hoarsely.

Since melee doesn't seem like a great idea, Elvis finds a crate to hide behind and fires arrows at the aliens.

Bow: [1d20] = 11 Damage: [1d6] = 5

"NO MORE!" shouts Shawn as he steps out from behind his crate and unleashes a beam of searing heat at the aggressors.
The smoke, while dispersing, still swirls out of the path of Shawns blast and temporarily blinds the Goosh causing his shot to go wide. Alex suffers a similar miss.
The bow of Elvis sings above the din and his arrows strike metal bulkheads deflecting harmlessly.
The blown smoke does provide Abel a clear shot and he easily strikes the farthest alien, sending him to flee down the corridor.
A beam of green light strikes Shawn in the shoulder 11 damage and sends him to the floor.



2 aliens remain in ranged combat. the smoke is non-obscuring now. Round 2 begins! Initiative and action rolls please!

Alex shouts "Damn!" when he misses, but quickly reloads and slings another bullet at the nearest alien other than the Goosh, shouting "Take that!"

Seeing the smoke all but gone, the Goosh's determination has returned once more as id fires another bolt from id's bolt shooter, aiming at the Sathar closest to id (Sathar 1 as it were).

After making id's shot, the Goosh says in a silly voice, "the smoke tastes smoky, but the Goosh does not wants any more!"

Elvis, hearing the aliens say something unintelligible, hears their thoughts. He sends to the others, One just told the others to close to melee now that our heat weapons are out of ammo. Elvis switches to his sword.

Alex peeks through the doorway and quickly looses two more arrows, hitting nothing but bulkhead as he is distracted with the mental thoughts of the sathor. He quickly ducks back, dropping his bow, and draws his swords.
A bullet from the sling of Alex whizzes by Elvis' head and finds the Sathor with the pistol causing him to reel and drop his weapon which he scrambles to regain.
One of the Sathor #2charges through the door and Goosh Goosh sees and takes an opportunity to shoot it with his bolt thrower scoring a grazing hit that spins the Sathor a bit but does not detour it from running toward the crate nearest Shawn who still lies on the ground moaning.
Abel, surprised by the reckless advance of the Sathor, shoots at it but misses as it is spun by Gooshs' bolt.
Zengar looks anxious as he attempts to summon more power. He shouts at the advancing Sathor "The very skill you witnessed has been forged in the minds of gods and refined through years of arcane duels beyond your ken! I suggest you flee, creatures of darkness!" but the alien appears to fear his commander more than the wizard.

The Sathor 2 is now in melee range with Elvis who gets a +2 to attacks if he takes them. Round three initiative and action rolls please

Zengar will unsheathe his trusty Blade of Light and assists Elvis in the melee, spurred on by the look of fear on the Sathar's face, and slashes at the alien to no avail: Roll To-Hit: [1d20] = 2 (Drat!)

Realizing that melee will now be upon them, Abel quickly slings his bow and draws his hand axe. He'll charge around the crates and look to engage the Sathar (#2) that moved in the room...
