Torbath
Torbath is just watching out for more evil badness, ready for something bad to happen as we linger.

Theo continues in front, longbow in hand, following landmarks back to the marketplace.

Re: The Lost Tavern
The Lost Tavern
The Ethereal Marketplace
Content to depart the strange encounter before anyone gets hurt, the group leaves the children behind to walk out of the dead end alleyway.
When they get back to the crowded streets they hurriedly walked to get here, a confusion slowly sets in. With most of the tall buildings looking rather similar, and with no way to see around them, they have trouble remembering which way they originally came from.
An old human looking woman sees their distress and waves them over to her tiny wooden stall filled with colorful clothing and fabrics. "You nice folks looking for a quality bolt of cloth? I got any color ya need right here."
Looking around their current position, the group seems to be in an area where cloth materials and articles are mainly sold.

"So it is my understand we exited the bar and headed left (towards the end of the street) and when turned right on another. We then passed another loud street on our right filled with more foodstuff offerings. (which is were we saw the 8 foot tall half-ogre). That is when we notice a large sign (Viktors) about half way down this next street.
I think we should reverse the path to get back to the bar."

"What fabrics do you have? A green leather or fine wool perhaps? Very nice."
Tlachtga will handle some. "I would love a piece just big enough for a sash."
Trying to get on her good side before asking directions, 15 Chr.

"A logical plan, Mr. Torbath. However, we must find our way back to Viktor's shop ..." He casually browses the clothing. "Do you have a robe with a very deep hood. Oh, and could I ask your opinion on this material?" He offers an arm to display the alien uniform's fabric. "I recently acquired this and unsure of its quality."

The cleric inspects the different bolts of cloth as if she is an expert. Her mind drifts back to the days when she was a young one as she watched her father, a successful merchant who specialized in the field. She adds nothing to the conversation however.
Cresty
The fighter tries in vain to remember the way back. If we turn right here...no wait...I think we make a left there...

The Ethereal Marketplace
While Lerrick ruminates and Torbath tries to determine their next move via simple logical deduction, the old lady looks Tlachtga up and down. "Oh, I have some good quality cotton cloth back here that will match your vibrant eyes perfectly, dearie."
But once Andron steps up, the woman's eyes suddenly become trained on his alien uniform. She reaches out and rubs the metallic cloth between her frail fingers, her eyes lighting up as she speaks. "I have just the robe you are looking for, friend. My cultist special I like to call them. Tell me, where did you find this interesting cloth. We see a lot of different folks going through the Market, but I have never seen its like before, and I am quite old."
She looks the group over again, noticing the wallflowers who haven't spoke up yet. "I might even trade you a robe and some cloth for that fabric of yours."

Theo is noticeably not much into fashion. Though he would eventually like to have that bath he's been waiting for since the smelly swamp adventure. He continues to be a wallflower.

"I am not exactly sure where I found it, only that it was from a strange metal ship. I acquired it rather ad hoc, as I have a habit of damaging my garments. How much for the robe and cloth? Would you also perchance know the direction to the Three Gnomes Tavern, or perhaps the weapons merchants?"

The cleric notices an unpleasant odor. After a few moments of problem solving to identify the source, she realizes it is Theo. She casually moves away from ranger, not wanting to confront him about it.

The fighter continues to think aloud on how to get back to the tavern. No...that's not right...I think we have to go that way

The woman shows Tlachtga a nice bolt of light green cloth as she continues speaking with Andron.
"Never heard of three gnomes, but you aren't far from the weapons district. A couple blocks that way and take a right. I heard Viktors has some of the best stuff, but I dont know about such things myself. The robe is 5 gold. The bolt of cloth is 30, but I will sell you a few feet of it for 2 gold, if you don't want it all."
Cresty looks in the direction the woman suggests and starts to remember some of the scenery that way. Lerrick keeps her distance from the ripe smelling ranger.

The fighter looks in the direction the vendor points. Yes, that does look familiar. Thank you citizen. Eager to get out of this place the fighter motions all to follow him. I know the way now...let's get out of this place.

Andron provides the 5 gold coins for the robe. "Thank you, for the robe and the directions." He slips the robe over his uniform, while opting, for now, to keep his head uncovered. "Please lead the way, Mr. Crestbrook." Seeing the fighter as he continues to recover his confidence and determination is a bright spot in this otherwise sunless city.
