Kit will quickly check the to stewards to make sure they will not continue to be a problem as well as if they have any communication equipment or credits.

After that is complete, he will get back on the officer channel. "Clean-up required in corridor x (giving his location), two hostiles down."

Without waiting for a reply, he will call into his unit asking "Unit check in, sit rep. I just killed two unfriendlys in corridor x, check-in over."

As he is reporting and calling out he will be heading to his room for his armor and rifle.

With the dining area now secure and the would be hit men all slain the remaining servers are contained, searched and vetted and all found to be common or garden Collace folk (at least by manner and accent). They report that the men (all from the "Little Avastan" area of Collace) muscled in at the last moment and displaced the genuine serving staff reporting for work. They all had guns and suborned the servers into obedient silence regarding their presence. However, the now co-operative serving staff contentedly confirm that none remain. Those that were "neutralised" by SEMC (or whoever fired the high tech laser at the one near Erica) have all been so gratuitously and spectacularly "offed" that all are universally beyond restoration by medical science (certainly the lengths you'd want to go to for scumbag hit men). Also such "heroic measures" although possible certainly won't access any real time HumInt anytime soon.

There is time enough for any to armour up that wish to and the prepared SEMC troops in the armoury conduct a sweep of the accomodation and gun decks of the Bartizan reporting nothing found and all secure.

Prerna's team deploy to high ground - the tower itself while their officer is very professionally treated (to little practical effect!) by a concerned Erica East. With clinical neutrality she states "Looks like a spent round, small calibre - which is just as well because you were going to be careful" she rounds on the robot "and you were going to look after her!"

Once Frank is happy the Bartizan is secure he will speak to Jess

Voss reports in from the Bartizan command centre/sensor ops (down on the gun deck) "Sir, all squads report ready and are at the ground assigned. Combat Reserve forming on you in the hangar". Clearly getting a verbal update he pauses then adds "All air traffic is frozen in place as per your command. We have two cutters waiting to lift cargo modules to orbit, three launches or boats down with crew ashore and one now waiting on flight clearance ferrying a crew to orbit. Inbound we have another cargo cutter and a ship's boat - both stacked by air traffic and a cutter that was about to land now pulling circuits after we waved them off. They aborted a little late but air traffic says we're good".

Prerna quickly strips down to her underwear and pulls on her armor. She steps up close to Erica to use her body as a shield while she hastily makes the plumbing connections, wincing as she does so. "I'm off to check on my team. See what you can find out about this attack." She reaches up to kiss Erica, and then she goes to the roof to find the rest of her team.

"Voss, Freya, I want those ships scanned with as much detail as possible, even if that means using the starships to do it. I don't want one of them having a surprise for us. We don't need the reserve down here, they can assist in sweeping the rest of the Bartizan. We need the flight desk and spire secured ASAP. All, be ready for anything, I don't believe this is all there is."

I deployed on New Moscow for a term, but that doesn’t make me an expert on Bratva culture. Macho mafia types, guess they’re all the same. They’re ordered to hit us by the big boss, nothin’ we can do to make ‘em stand down, except kill enough they run out of shooters.

She makes light of the whole incident with them:

Voss reports "We can get some proxy scans from our assets in orbit. No anomalies on craft IFF or type - all are visually confirmed. Our last flyby was a cutter from our old transport "Forty Nine". I'll chase up some history on our other contacts. Those ships already berthed here have been vetted and inspected".

He continues "Passing orders to section leaders for a sweep of the flight apron and search of the Bartizan Spire, sir".

This will be Kit's squad sweeping the flight deck plus Prerna and her "bearers" sharing the lift as they are also going "topside" on route to the tower's top).
