Chapter 1: Journey through the Jotens

ah ok. I thought we were all in the chlorine leak area. In that case I will centre the wind upon Qleceec so that the gas is push away from him so that his steps don't increase his danger.

The spell has 0 range so it is centered on you. And she has already cleared the gas

Nah Olos moves forward and slightly outward as Androgost directs, looking fr a target within range of the crossbow.

Hex already committed to casting a spell in his private thread.

Raffi will try and move silently back towards the others through the trees, heading for the area of chlorine gas (he might not know it’s there yet, but just to illustrate his direction that’s where he will head directly south of his position on the map.) Sword at the ready and hand on the hilt of his enchanted dagger not yet drawn to keep the glow muted

Garrant will circle in the direction indicated by Andragost, unless this means he will be passing through the chlorine-wind created by Sousxie, in which case he will go around the other way.

Androgost it trying to keep everyone together and lead his horse and Nah Olos heads in a southwesternly direction trying to stay clear of gas and look for a target with his crossbow. The two party members hear Qleceec's voice yell that "I need help up here!" Nah Olos can make out that multiple targets are closing on her and Qleceec is using her horse as cover, but since she is 40-50 ft away from you at this point, at twilight and through the trees, there will distance effect and cover penalties if you want to shoot at the hostiles without additional movement.

Siouxsie has increased the winds to 6 mph and it starting to move the cloud. The wind is blowing from the side that Androgost and Nah Olos are moving and away from them.

Garrant and Hex are focused at something at the rear. Garrant mentions something about Boff and Franny and calls out behind the party and then starts to head in the general direction of Androgost passing Siouxsie on the left since the gas is blowing the other side. Hex's spell does not yield any visible results. Raffi is sneaking through the forest with his sword drawn, but not immediately obvious to most.

Raffi continues to move silently towards the ranger directly south on the map as before, keeping his eyes and ears open for any dragon people as he goes.

Hex will call to Franny and Boff to follow him, and will then sprint through the trees after the cavalier and the wizard.

Boff comes up in a hurry with Frannie trailing him. We've been gone mere minutes and you already have poisonous gasses swirling around?!! I was right to tell Frannie here that we couldn't run off and leave you lot... So now that I'm here to look after ye, let's be on with it!

The wizard stops moving forward

"We're being flanked, both sides. We need to backup and regroup."

He looks either side for signs of a flanking enemy and a suitable target for a Web spell.

I did my best to get everyone on the map, each square is 10'.

The blue circle is the gas cloud and it starting to move in the direction of the arrow

Raffi, Hex and Siouxsie have no visibility of the dirt path or any of the creatures on it.

At this point everyone except Siouxsie and Androgost have moved this round (and then it will be the other sides move). I assume that Siouxsie will be working on the wind, but that is only an assumption.

Boff and Franny are 90' off the map before their move this round.

Seeing Androgost and Nah Olos, "There are more than a dozen more with some other creatures I couldn't make out on the platform. They are splitting into 3 groups and flanking us. We are about to be heavily outnumbered."

Controlling the winds, mainly to blow away poisoning gases, I might also want to create enough storm to disable flyers so that Shtelke and any dragons will be disadvantaged.

The ones on the platform and spreading out from there are not on the map yet. Sorry for not making that clearer.

Hex, Rafi, Siouxsie, follow in behind us, avoid the cloud. Nah, let’s get to Qleceec. Garrant, can you drop something dangerous into their midst? Androgost will make his way forward to Qleceec’s postion, attempting to shield her.

OCC: I don’t think he is aware Frannie and Boff have returned.

Androgost rallies around Qleceec with Nah and Garrant not far behind. Nah fires his heavy crossbow at one of the Shtelke, but it bounces off her thick hide and then he drops the crossbow and draws his sword. Siouxsie continues to strengthen the winds and they are now blowing at 9 MPH in a clockwise circle around the Druid. Hex moved quickly to get to his spot, but Raffi as been sneaking and continues to move as quiet as he can.

Behind the group (known only to a few) are Boff and Franny. They enter an area in which the very trees try to bind them to their location. Boff can move, but at a restricted pace, but Franny and her poor horse are stuck in place. Before moving they were 90' off the map, Franny gets about 10' feet closer. Boff will need to select to have stayed with Franny or cleared the dangerous trees and be only 30' off the end of the map.

The red numbers are the Shtelke that had been attacking Qleceec. 1-4 and 7 close and throw their last spears at Androgost and 5 does the same with Qleceec. (No hits!) 6 & 8 are out of spears and close on Nah for HTH. They do not get to attack this round. Please note that #6 is wounded.

Six additional Shtelke each with 2 spears and a strange green dragon / lion hybrid (Lion head with green fur/scale mix, lion shaped body but with light green scales instead of fur and dark green dragon-like wings) land in the forest. These can only be seen by Raffi, Hex and Siouxsie (and potentially Boff). It is unclear if at this time Raffi is known to these creatures.
