Yes, this is sooooo weird. I think we need Dave to take a look here because he's more versed in the making and moving of forums than even I am.

I know nothing of forum management, but my limited programming background suggests this might be some kind of stack overflow error, like, if there's an array somewhere in the forum code that has a limited number of slots for forums, maybe the board has wrapped around it.
