Bjarri's Feast

The young man is dressed in simple homespun robes of black with a crows skull hanging around his neck. He carries a spear with the head covered by an animal skull. The only color break is the wood of his shield, but even that has a crow painted on it. "Thanks for your welcome and praise be to Holy Sarajin for his aid on my travel here from Orbal. I hope to be of service to all here in the village."

"You came her all the way from Orbal? There must be something important here for such a journey." he shakes his head "I am sticking my axe where it doesn't belong. What type of Seer are you, if I'm not being rude. I have my own small skill in reading the history of objects."

Margur

"Well I may be a poor one as I needed to travel far to find a place to practice my craft freely. Sarajin has blessed me with the ability to glimpse the future. I read the entrails, the runes, the bones, and cards."

"A true Seer is rare indeed, gifted by Sarajin. I sense something must have brought the two of you here now to meet in my Clan house. The Lord of the Perilous Quest has plans for you both I think."

"It does seem a situation beyond mere chance. I am heartened to know that lord Sarajin has meaning for my wanderings in the south, even though it might be beyond my mortal wisdom to understand." he grins at Margur "What do you say, friend, are you up for seeing what our lord has planned for us?"

"I live for nothing else. Let us journey together where Blessed Sarajin takes us."

Arngier grins "Good! But first we must do our sacred duty...and feast!"

Roar

"Yes lets feast together!"

[Ahlmzhad]

"Absolutely, let us join forces and feast!"

After a few more days of the feast it wraps up with everyone recovering from way to much drinking and a few extra pounds in the mid section. Roar and Kjal insist you return and share your tales at some point.

Is there anything Arngeir and/or Margur want to say/do before leaving?

Arngeir reiterates that he intends to visit as regularly as he can to share stories and news.

I'm assuming the village is to small to have a gem smith?

No Jeweler, but they have a Miners Guildhall. They can't sell/buy anything directly but they may have information.

Arngeir will visit the miners to see what they can tell him about the amber gemstones.

"I would let Sarajin be your guide. As far as the local area, this is as friendly to followers as it gets, but we are trying to make progress with the locals and we have had some small successes."

Arngeir will visit the miners to see what they can tell him about the amber gemstones.

Uncut Amber gemstones: 12c (14d), 15c (10d), 16c (26d), 22c (48d) , 24c (58d), 26c (68d), 33c (48d), 35c (78d), and 38c (90d).

Total of 440d.

They can not legally buy them.

Apologies, Arngeir only took 3 stones (his share). I should have randomly rolled which ones he took at the time, but I'll do it now:

"Well this sounds like a good place then. I'm not a priest mind you, but a friendly area is always a good thing. Is there anyone locally that would be best to check with about finding a home. I'd prefer a place with a garden, where I can grow some of the things I need, and can set up shop."

"They practice Feudalism here, so technically the King owns all the land and the Baron administers it for him. Or some messed up system like that anyways, I don't really understand it. Trust me you don't want to try and trade your freedom for land. I think Sarajin has led you here to meet Arngeir and perhaps help him on his journey to find this Dwarf's remains. Something tells me there is much more to it than that."
