XXFV is a series of runes that Arngeir could recognize but doesn't know the meaning of, possibly a distance.

"We'll help you Fili. One more thing. Do you recognize this?"

She presents her bag.

Fili to Algrim, "Thank you Algrim, I am in your debt."

Turning to Turnip, "That is a message bag. We had one here. We kept it in the main hall most of the time in case something showed up in it. But we hid it away here when we left in case the invaders found the place. But we wanted it here in case any Khuzdul scouts needed to hide here and send a message, so we hid it where they would know to look."

He pauses a moment, then with a chuckle, "There is a secret spot in the privy next to the hole."

Algrim takes out the key found prior to finding the keep "How bout this key Fili, it mean anythin to ya?"

"Fili, is there something you want us to do for you? Do you have a clan in Azadmere to who we could return your remains? Do you want us to bring them something else? Some message?"

She then turns to Arngeir

"Maybe just see if you can find out which road they took? Might be overgrown by now, but anything that will help us finding this way marker without getting lost."

"Can you show me the road to the way marker?"

Fili walks/floats to Algrim and looks intently at the key. "Where did you find that Algrim? That key was in Azadmere when we abandoned this outpost. Please tell me how you came by it Algrim, it is a very important key."

Fili seems to ignore everyone else as he focuses on the key.
