Algrim joins the guards again at breakfast trying joke around and share stories while also helping keep a lookout. "Boy only if I saw a beer keg this morn aye lads? An maybe a few hens layin eggs." he chuckles a little thinking that would be a right good breakfast "Maybe a wild boar'll happen by an we might get us some fresh bacon."

Idril tends to the wounded man with Arngeir, and then right before going to sleep, takes a quiet stroll around the camp, feeling out for more sindarin magic.

Yes a MF for Usnarl's Hug. You can try again. You don't get any FL's from Invocations. Just the risk of a CF.
Idril doesn't sense anything from the other items. (This will have happened before sleep so no FLs in the morning).
Idril could try Feat of Albarra on Str and/or Sta (it would require 2 rolls to do both). This would be a significant increase to his chance of survival with any success.

13x1.5=19.5=20
20-13=7 point boost so Condition is boots 7x5=35%
His Condition is 65+35=100, Endurance =Condition/5=20
Infection roll against 20x4+5=85
Guard infection roll vs 85 [1d100]=56
MS, Infection now a H5 (improves 1 HR). Clears at H6 and kills at H0.
All good.

Your correct, my fault. His infection is now H6 and healed. No infection his injury a G4 can now start to heal. He gets a healing roll in 5 days. You can use Psionic Healing on the injury as well.

Algrim waits hoping eventually the guards might actually join his small talk but otherwise remains on lookout hoping perhaps a wild boar really will happen by like that deer.

Arngeir's Psi Healing brings his injury from an H4 to an H5. The injury itself doesn't change until he gets a healing roll on day 5, it just makes it more likely he will make the roll. If by chance you keep using Psi Healing the best you can get for healing rate is EE, which comes after H6. EE is no healing roll required, heals one injury level every 24 hours. So he has a G4 and EE G4 would go to S3, then S2, then M1, then healed on day 4 after going to EE.

Algrim is enjoying his time with the caravan folk eating a nice venison breakfast. Suddenly one of the teamsters, on watch up on the wall. Points towards the river, there is a razorback over that way, big sucker. I don't think we have any proper boar spears. Those things are seriously dangerous.

Algrim will move to get a better look "Thick hides, but I'm thinking my crossbow might be able to break the skin." he comments to the guards. "I'll take a few shots if I can get a good shot on it."

Algrim sneaks around the corner and sees the razorback about 100 yards away foraging around in the brush.
This would be a Long range (-40 shot as it is about 60 hexes away). 1 hex =5 feet for HM, your crossbow has ranges short 20 hexes, medium (-20EML) 40 hexes, long (-40EML) 80 hexes and extreme (-80EML) 160 hexes. Impact (damage) also falls at each range, 8/7/6/5. If you try and stalk the pig, each MS roll cuts the distance in half a CS would count as 2 MS. If you get a MF the pig gets to make an Awareness check, if you get a CF the pig automatically busts you.

Algrim will try to stealthily stalk the pig and attempt to get a little closer so he is not so far a shot away but not too close to startle the pig.
