Denslow moves closer to the largest chunk of the formation (left in picture). The interior is dark but the plantient sees that the void continues below the ground and out of sight. The patches of gray lichen are healthy and firmly anchored to the heavily pitted surface.

One of the dark avians lifts its leg and pecks at the end of its toes.

Urlando speaks to Silvestri. I don't think we need a fight with these things. If you can scare them away, maybe we can find something valuable there. Otherwise, I don't think we should take the chance of becoming their next meal.

The Direction Sense skill is for determining one's location relative to the environment. IF there is an underground road, you would be able to make the check while inside the void.
