Thanks Spearmint!
Re: OOC: out of character comments and questions).
Thanks for the extra xp. Slowly creeping up to 2nd level, hopefully if I survive this expedition.
Talking of surviving and expeditions, I am involved in a four day winter survival course in Kingussie Jan 3rd-8th including travel, so expect no posting during that time.
Happy New Year.

Sure no problem.Golgarth.
I will answer this as part of the start of your expedition, so Gunter can be included in any investigations. You would also not be available to conduct the visit bearing in mind the other chapel actions after you awake from the coma.
Adjusted sheet to reflect your Detect Evil daily ability as well.

So, at Character Generation, your mage was equipped with 7 X 1st level spells she could cast plus, Read & Detect Magic as daily cantrips.Okay, not sure I follow. Gerdal is still limited to memorize 7 (her limit based on INT score) spells, regardless? Or how does that work for her since she has a mixed bag of spells? More specifically: how does it affect her possilility of casting Speak with animals right now?
Your 15 Intelligence, gives you a min/max boundary that I interpret as the maximum number of spells per level you could memorize in any particular day. So having adventured a little, you have discovered 5 more 1st Level spells and your spell book contains all twelve. So each day, you could study any 11 of the 12 you have in your book.
So if you have memorized Speak with Animals prior to leaving Helix, you could cast that spell though because it is a druidical spell, it will be erased from memory once cast.

It’s all explained here as well: viewtopic.php?f=1111&t=11113

Ah, ok the 7/11 at 15 INT comes from the PHB table.... I think I got it now.
I guess the two spells I learned from Knievel are considered mage spells?
I will update Gerdal's reaction in the adventure thread.

Spearmint, I added the Elkhorn shortbow to Leibish's character sheet. I noted that it was non-magical and had increased pulling power and range - but did not modify the range statistics, so it currently reads 5/10/15 range.

Gutted. I follow other threads and was cheering on the halfling Fapp to beat the kobold tribe but it looks like he died heroically instead.
Commiserations Tarlyn, hope you stay in the game with another brave heart.

I was not as shocked by the outcome.
The day I see a single PC take out an entire tribe of.....well....anything.....will probably be the day I leave this game.

Hi guys, I will be attending to all the forums by tomorrow night.
Re: OOC: out of character comments and questions).
Sorry, for delaying some posts. Am dealing with a couple of issues around folk being ill. Will get the Sauron expedition up next and then go through the other threads and start one for the tavern group.
Re: OOC: out of character comments and questions).
Back home now, will try to update all threads tonight.

And we welcome a new player, Cwreando who will be playing Durgo, a muscle bound fighter type.
Re: OOC: out of character comments and questions).
The more the merrier. Welcome to Cwreando, hope you live long enough to have fun.
