Hi There!

I'm Sarah. I've been playing B/X and AD&D since forever. I strongly favor 1e and B/X over subsequent editions, although I enjoy Labyrinth Lord a great deal too. I love playing dark sorceresses, servants of chaos and avenging anti-heroines, so DMs beware, I frequently play independent and unpredictable characters. I'm hoping to find a DM who enjoys such characters and possibly a darker tone of D&D than the usual "Tolkienesque" game.

Welcome to the Unseen Servant, Sarah!

We tend to have a significant number of games in the 1e/OSRIC and B/X/LL rule sets going on at any given time, so hopefully you can settle into a game or five soon!

We got some of those types of games here. Welcome and enjoy!
This is a game about killing things and taking their stuff so you can become more powerful in order to kill bigger things and take even better stuff.
Alethan: I'm good with NOT pressing our luck this time.

Pulpatoon: The whole point of PbP is to take the scheduling pressure off the game. We're just chatty because we're so eager!
Scott308: ...everyone should be reminded of just how wonderful the people they play games with here can be in real life.
Leitz: Quality and quantity wise, I think US is the best I've seen.
Paladin: I can promise terror, glory, and riches...or a quick and brutal death.
Inferno: Come on! That's was Vicar's Head, a completely different doomed village!
Rex: I can move to the wait list to let someone else into the game.

Hehe, more darkness indeed, we have a lot of.... for lack of a better term, light-side players here that need some balancing, (I won't name names, but myself). ;)

I play lighter characters too, but over time I've come to enjoy more complex characters. My favored alignment is Chaotic neutral. Depending on what happens, that might drift.

I think I have my eye on one. We'll see how that shapes up. From what I've seen I'm encouraged.
