There are a whole bunch of IP Addresses associated with the physical building address - it's a residential tower with a bunch of subscribers in it. Do you want to try some kind of investigative work to figure out which IP corresponds to which subscriber? I'll let you describe your approach to that, if you want to try it.

Angus knows that Arthur Sullivan is the pseudonym of a renowned, reclusive netmage - one of the founders of 247, an underground netmage collective. It's totally unclear whether he works for or against Govcorp or is a single individual or a collective hidden within the larger organization of 247. One of Arthur Sullivan(s) is rumored to run orgies with high-level androids. The orgies sometimes culminate in deactivation of the androids. Angus knows these rumors have some truth because at one point he was invited to such a "party." Did he decline? Why?

Arthur Sullivan isn't usually "Retained" - he pokes in to whatever interests him.

Possible connection to the crime? May have been proven to be a red herring.

We have a guess at the time and place of the next attack. We have a suspect with name (and probably pictures), IP address and apartment block (maybe even an address).

1, we visit him and have a discussion/interrogation/intimidation
2, we track him and find out what he's up to
3, we lay a trap to catch him in the act the next time he strikes
4, all of the above
