The optional 'Racial Abilities' (e.g. ) for Humans are being used.
Because the individual initiative rules are not being used, both Basic and Advanced characters of the Human race (by means of their 'Decisiveness' racial ability) will be allowed to act first (alongside any fellow Human or any Halfling characters) during their sides turn in the initiative order.
Tiebreakers will include Dexterity modifier, magic, other means; or will be simultaneous, as per the DMs discretion.
