This growing up/linear time concept is just the worst.

This week I am working on my final project for my class. This is usually the time that I say I will not be on much, but then again, last time I said this about 7 or 8 weeks ago, I was on as much if not more... So we will see I suppose :) Either way, feel free to NPC me as needed in case I am not able to make it on to post in a timely manner, otherwise completely disregard this post  Wish me luck, this one is a doozy... and my inner Sheldon Cooper is giving me hell about getting it right since it is one of those classes where despite having a A so far, the final project is designed to make or break you. UGH!

Despite this, I am going to be trying to get a post out today since I am already burned on from work and working on this project all morning so I need the distraction to reset my brain!

3rd largest damn but we also have a lot of players too. Plus all the side action that has occurred over time for some of us.

Well, baring seeing something posted in the discussion forums that requires a drastic change, I am turned in and now just waiting on 2 weeks worth of grading to catch up and tell me how I have done. Advanced Methods for Teaching for the Moderately to Severely Disabled was not an easy class and I am glad to have it over! I am doubling up over the summer since I will be at work less, and until then I am going to enjoy having no more classes other than teaching for the rest of May!

Yeah, I thought that was impressively terrible! It was a horrible roll on its own, but throwing in the penalty to make it a negative- that's exactly the sort of ridiculousness I expect from my dice- real or virtual!

Okay. So clearly we are at the "top of the tower" and this is the boss fight. I figure this is where I need to step in and let you know what is on the table since this has been going since January (Maybe December?)

1. You know the former residents were the ancestors of these witches.
2. You have one of those witch's spirits in the house with you in some form or another helping.
3. You have nabbed 2 poltergeists so far.
4. Joker can tell you that the lesser poltergeist from earlier that were in the statues, have now come to this big one and they are pulling a Voltron and combining into a much more powerful opponent.
5. This "boss" of course is different and already much more powerful. So enjoy!
6. You know the phylactery is somewhere in the house too, left by a more recent previous owner. It is tied to this ghost.
7. The witches have "almost" successfully blocked off all the rest of the house, meaning the Poltergeist is trapped in the house with you... or is it the other way around?
8. Joker's device is creating a containment field around the house and property, keeping anything from escaping outside and presumably from coming inside as well.
9. You have one trap left.
10. List seem better in 10s, don't you think?
11. Because Spinal Tap.

Best exchange with a coach I ever had:

Coach: Deaton?! What the !@#$ is a-matter wit jou?

Me: A lot.

Coach and the rest of the Assistant Coach all all walked away trying desperately not to laugh. One of them looked over their shoulder and cracks up. The rest of the football team starts cracking up and everyone has a good laugh. It was one of those rare moments where the curtain was dropped and everyone just collectively enjoyed a moment. Coach had to take a break but as he left: "You know I am going to have to burn you for that when I get back."

Me: Yes Sir.

I wish I could say that came from an old assistant coach I had, but I made it up. I was trying to think of some wise piece of advice some college or NFL coach said, and didn't really come up with anything appropriate, so I thought, what might motivate a high school kid to play through pain?
