Unari

Unari closes on the closest Goblin and attacks with her Rapier.

Rapier [1d20+7] = 7+7 = 14 to hit [1d8+4] = 1+4 = 5 damage

Rapier [1d20+7] = 16+7 = 23 to hit [1d8+4] = 5+4 = 9 damage

D&D Beyond says Attacks per Action: 2, if this is wrong disregard the second roll.

Coming upon the ambush directly with Gruuthuk, Nella fends off as many of their blows as she can. Letting the bugbear take the vanguard, she pulls out her longbow. With her practiced eye, she fires off shots at the two goblins at the end of the hall (purple, orange). As the immediate goblins still threaten her, she finishes with a flying circle kick (green, if they advance, then blue or red), a dervish of motion.

Longbow shot: [1d20+6] = 8+6 = 14 dmg [1d8+3] = 2+3 = 5[1d4] = 1 (total 6 damage)
Longbow shot: [1d20+6] = 10+6 = 16 dmg [1d8+3] = 3+3 = 6[1d4] = 3 (total 9 damage)
Unarmed Strike (3rd attack) [1d20+6] = 6+6 = 12[1d6+3] = 1+3 = 4
Flurry of Blows (4th attack) [1d20+6] = 11+6 = 17[1d6+3] = 4+3 = 7
As Needed Roll [1d20] = 19[1d20] = 16

(1 key point spent for flurry of blows, 1 ki point remaining. Reaction saved to hopefully swat away arrows...)

Xanlanan mutters an instinctual, "Oh my!" at the volley of arrows that have come from behind to hit Lika. He takes another coin, casts his Light cantrip upon it, and tosses it also into the darkness to help Lika spot the enemy!

No rush, but I still need actions for Gruuthuk and Lika. And possibly a revised action for Nella.

Regarding Lika and the dark hallway, I am fine to retroactively let you produce a light source before opening the door. The outcome of last round wouldn't change, but how things work going forward will. Per the Vision and Light rules, an "unlit dungeon" will be considered heavily obscured and stick Lika with the Blinded condition:

Blinded
* A blinded creature can't see and automatically fails any ability check that requires sight.
* Attack rolls against the creature have advantage, and the creature's attack rolls have disadvantage.

Yeah, I forgot that bird-people don't see in the dark. My mistake. I appreciate the retcon. :D

After creating light and opening the door, only to be greeted by half a dozen arrows, Lika wishes he took her own advice.

He twists, Dodges, and tries to duck back behind the door or corner, depending on which is closer.

With a flash of steel, Gruuthuk impales the goblin. Then, with a big, toothy grin, moves down the hall ready to deliver death to the next nearest foe.
Rapier: [1d20+6] = 15+6 = 21; Damage: [1d8+3] = 4+3 = 7; Sneak Attack: [3d6] = 9
Rapier (Off-Hand): [1d20+6] = 15+6 = 21; Damage: [1d8] = 8; Sneak Attack: [3d6] = 3
Just in case: [1d20] = 18
Since Nella is still next to the red goblin, sneak attack damage gets added to the first attack. If that attack kills the goblin, his second attack will be on the green goblin. If necessary, he will use his reaction to halve any damage (Uncanny Dodge).

Round 3
The three goblins in the main east/west corridor all send arrows at Gruuthuk, with one (green) barely nicking the bugbear's thick hide (-1). The two goblins at the end of the corridor remain in place, content to use Gruuthuk and Nella as target practice, while the goblin (green) half way down the corridor disappears to the south after taking its shot.

With the lone melee attack, the goblin (red) swipes wildly at Nella before safely backing away (Nimble Escape) from the pair of attackers, settling into place just before the closed door leading out of the room to the north.

Lika can do little against the handful of goblin archers that send another round of arrows in the warlock's direction. The aarakocra feels a trio of piercing wounds as arrows clip his wings and body (-5)(-5)(-3), sending feathers flying. The goblins in the northern hallway retreat a few steps, seemingly looking to keep their distance.

Seeing her feathered companion get peppered with ranged attacks, Unari rushes to assist. She isn't able to reach melee with the longer distance and her shorter strides, but prepares to dodge any potential attacks that might target her.

Coming upon the ambush directly with Gruuthuk, Nella lets the bugbear take the vanguard and produces her longbow. With a practiced eye, she fires off shots at the two goblins at the end of the hall, narrowly missing with her first, but wounding one of the archers (orange) with her second. Her attention quickly returns to the situation immediately in front of her, and prepares to level a series martial strikes, only to discover that the goblin that had been threatening them has retreated into the room and will require pursuit in order to strike without range. She takes a step into the room, to get out of the main hallway.

Gruuthuk, looking to kill something, gives chase to the goblin (red) that retreated into the room and finishes it off with a series of rapier strikes.

After facing multiple volleys of arrows from beyond the door, Lika wishes he took her own advice and ducks back around the corner, dodging, leaving Unari to deal with the goblin archers.

Xanlanan mutters an instinctual, "Oh my!" at the ranged assault suffered by Lika. He illuminates another coin and tosses it into the northern hallway to shed light on the area.

Can I have used a step of movement at the end of last round to adjust forward and get partial cover from the doorway, now that goblins fled and Gruthuuk advanced?

Baroness Nella steps into the doorway for cover, blowing a lock of hair off her forehead in annoyance as the goblins still stand before her. She focuses herself and fires another volley, trying to end the wounded goblin (orange) before moving any remaining shots to the other (purple).

Knowing he is faster than the goblins, Gruuthuk is determined to chase them down (Bonus Action: Dash if necessary) and slaughter them for their cowardly ambush and hit-and-run tactics, never mind the fact that ambush is his favorite tactic. When he catches them, he will focus both attacks on the same goblin if the first isn't a killing blow- assuming he doesn't need to dash. If he takes damage, he'll Uncanny Dodge unless he is able to use his reaction for an opportunity attack first.

Unari will try and Dash to catch them and then attack.

I think her Dread Ambusher gives her +10 to her Move in combat.

Xanlanan shifts to the right to show off a little on what he can do against multiple enemies! He quickly unleashes a minor spell - no need to show off too much just yet - and lobs a fire bolt into the approaching enemy.

Ranged Attack [1d20+7] = 16+7 = 23
Fire Bolt [2d10] = 19

...and then quickly channels his sorcerous energy to relase a second spell in quick succession on another foe!

metamagic ability of twinning. costs 1 SP for using a cantrip.

Fire Bolt [2d10] = 9

Lika

Breathing heavily and bleeding from multiple wounds, Lika takes a moment to re-center. "Stupid goblins. I wasn't even one of the people who shot them earlier..." He trails off when she winces at the pain.

Lika starts chirping and tittering while placing a hand on the worst part of her wing. A slight glow encompasses the area and the wounds appear less nasty. He then pops his head around the corner and shoots two bolt at the offending goblins. Again two orange bolts of light streak down the corridor, before he ducks behind the corner once more.
Using Healing Light as a bonus action, 3 uses.
Attacking with 2 botls of eldritch blast at two rear targets, choosing to repel 10ft with them. Eldritch Blast: [1d20+6] = 1+6 = 7 Damage: [1d10+3] = 9+3 = 12
Eldritch Blast: [1d20+6] = 10+6 = 16 Damage: [1d10+3] = 1+3 = 4

Healing Light [1d6] = 2
Healing Light [1d6] = 2
Healing Light [1d6] = 6

Round 4
A single, errant arrow fired at Nella marks the only offense as, for some reason, the goblins scamper.

The lone goblin archer that took a fleeting shot at Nella (green) disappears down the side passage in the middle of the corridor to the south.

The pair of goblin archers at the far end of the hallway also disappear to their nearest southern passage.

The handful of goblins to the north hastily retreat and disappear to the north.

Xanlanan clearly looks disappointed he didn't get the chance to hurl some spell fire. "Well, that's that. Of course, goblins are like rats down here and they are certainly to be back. He'll move to pick up one of his light coins until the spell wears off. "Will have to remember that - came in handy I think"

"Yes, that was quite helpful - I must be wiser with the light down here," Nella replies to Xanlanan as she picks up her sword and then her lantern. "Your light turned the battle."

"Like rats, indeed. We will have to scourge the goblins more before we are truly secure. Let us rest briefly," she looks at her art supplies by the broken statue, "I cannot bypass this first find of significance. "

She turns to Unari and Gruuthuk. "Have you skill with setting traps? A well-laid snare in that hallway could be efficacious. If you could keep watch while we rest with your good eyes." She then turns to Xanlanan. "Could you wedge that northern door?" Then she picks up her medical supplies and sees to Lika. "I am glad you survived, avian friend. Is anyone else injured? I can tend you before we rest."

Healing Lika [1d6+10] = 3+10 = 13

After treating wounds, she will resume study of the statue and making a drawing of it, pursuing her drives/goals. She can treat people again after the short rest if still needed.
