I am involved in a project that is demanding a lot of my time and focus right now. The focus is the bigger issue at present.

I apologize for the delay, but wanted to let you know that I will try to sneak in my next update here soon.

Now, to accept the first roll (because only one was called for) or the labeled "As needed" roll (because that is what was requested)?

I plan to move this one again later today.

I am heading into the woods for some much needed camping/hunting. This will be through the 25th and every weekend through mid-December. I will update as more weekdays get added later on. I may be able to check in once or twice depending on how things go but don't count on it. Feel free to NPC my character so I don't slow things down.
Thanks and good gaming,
Rex

...if the roll is for a Persuasion result, I would use the first one. Otherwise, I would use the second because it is labeled what you requested. Sorry to confuse the situation. (I did put them on one line, at least, to give you multiple rolls with a single command so it is clear I wasn't rerolling for a better option.) :)

That plan clearly didn't happen.

Sorry, all. My work has a "use it or lose it" policy on vacation time, so a lot of people as the end of the year draws near are taking their remaining time off so as to not lose those days. I still have a dozen days myself. It creates some busy and stressful days on the workfront when multiple people are out at the same time (which has been the case pretty much all week).

The next update will be either later tonight or this weekend.

It is Virtual Gamehole Con this weekend, and I'm signed up for 52 hours of online gaming starting tomorrow (although no marathon game this year), so I will probably not be back on here until Monday.
Sometimes this summer I will most likely be participating in another 24 hour game of Dungeons & Dragons as part of Extra Life. This organization uses gaming to help raise money to donate to children's hospitals. I'm raising money for Marshfield Children's Hospital in Marshfield, WI, and all money I raise will go to that hospital. All donations are tax-deductible. Please take a moment to check out my donation page below. Thank you.

I had actually forgotten all about that house rule (since I've been so negligent in keeping this game updated)... and, without even going back to read the actual house rule as it currently stands, I'm going to revise it.

A character/monster will only be considered flat-footed if/when they're officially surprised (and not during the regular course of combat).

As for the pace of this game. Apologies. I really do expect it to progress more routinely moving forward.

Whew! Thanks! :)

That means her AC is 16 before her actions and 18 after (instead of 10 before her actions and 18 after).

It's possible that you divide up the treasure and everyone adds treasure taken to their character sheets on the go, but if the group wants to just keep a running total of all "group" treasure, I'm going to ask that one of you track those details.
I suggest a group treasure list. I can keep track and post it at the bottom of my posts. Like so:

Money:
27g 16s 8c

Items:
blah--Lika
stuff--Nella
things--Unari
