Chapter One - Into the Shadows
Re: Chapter One - Into the Shadows
As the rest of the group catches up to Sade and 3of4, the elf opens what seems to be a hidden door.
There is a corridor behind the door that goes for about twenty feet and ends in what looks like a dead end.

3of4
Looks into the hidden passage and then to Sade he gives a thumbs up and then puts a finger to his mouth to indicate quite, then points to her before pointing down the corridor. He will then take another look around the corner to make sure there is no one trying to sneak up on them.

Re: Chapter One - Into the Shadows
Lothien stays in the main corridor, near 3of4. Observes Sade's progress and checks both ways of the main corridor for any intruders. Takes time for a brief swig from his waterskin.

Qelnaar stays were he is knowing full well stealth is not his fortitude.
Re: Chapter One - Into the Shadows
Sade travels about twenty feet down the dark passageway.
At the far end she notices another strange stone formation in the wall.
Although this time there is no tell tale draft.

Re: Chapter One - Into the Shadows
Rodrigo hangs close to Lothien, walking as quietly as he may. The stealthy song-spinner grips his rapier in one hand, eyes sweeping the ground, walls, and ceiling as they progress.

Expecting more invisible foes, Awwrak waits ready to retaliate should anyone attack.
Ready action. Sacred Flame. As before.

Re: Chapter One - Into the Shadows
Half way back up the passageway Sade feels the draft she was searching for.
The wall on the right hand side seems to be what she was looking for.

After searching for several minutes, Sade finds a loose stone that seems to move backward into the wall.

Re: Chapter One - Into the Shadows
With a slight rumble the stone facade moves inward enough that you can squeeze through the gap into the space beyond.
The rusted iron door to the left of this chamber lies crumpled and off its hinges near the open entry. Inside, the room is blackened and cracked as if some massive explosion occurred
long ago. Despite the great heat damage, a strange circle filled with an inscription of blurred and broken runes is partially visible on the floor.

Re: Chapter One - Into the Shadows
Seeing Sade go through an entrance in the wall, Lothien says to the friends, I don't think we leave Sade on her own there. He quickly moves to join her.

Following the others into the chamber, Awwrak applies his expertise to studying the runes on the floor, channelling the wisdom of the All-Father.
Study the markings (Guidance/Arcana) [1d20+7] = 16+7 = 23[1d4] = 2
(Total of 25)

Re: Chapter One - Into the Shadows
Seeing that Awwrak is already working on it, Qelnaar will give him space to check the runes of the circle.
Re: Chapter One - Into the Shadows
As the party filters into the new passage, 3of4 will back in last, facing out to the main passageway, acting as a rear guard.
