Garrin hails from Argos, the major sea power of the continent.
And Kiri and Mako sailed here from the distant East.

I forgot to add my +1 to my attack because I'm using a longsword.

+1 for longsword, +1 for STR, +2 for the charge = +4

My post says I rolled a 15, but I reckon it's a 16 instead.

On the other hand, if one of the beastmen were to charge Cruloc in the upcoming round, I expect the barbarian would get an attack, would he not?

Correct. But the attack option includes up to 1" of movement.

Yes. Or use a missile weapon.

He could attack, if attacking was part of his orders (like an if/then statement). He would not "get" a free opportunity attack, if that's what you meant.

The former happened to Garrin last round. He planned a charge, but a beastman preempted his action and closed with him, so Garrin didn't need to charge, and simply attacked.

I have to check. Dropping down from the rigging could flank/surprise an enemy for a +2 to hit. Then add in Tjoruy's Bless for another +1 to hit. Xorzen might be close.
