So, accommodations.
If we're hiring, where do we put people?
We have rented a building for our troopers to live in near the Cat House. I believe Jess has a keeping tabs on the lads/“taking a break from the Cats” room there too.
How much room is there there?
Now we have the Bartizan.
How much of the Bartizan is habitable, as in how many people can live there comfortably right now? What's the time and cost to make more habitable?
Also, if we're going to run the place as a business we need to get the cops out of Flight Ops, repair it and hire a crew..... ( And fix the AD on the roof and crew that. Jess'll be busy on the recruiting front. )
We had rooms at Cat House. I assume that as we are still contracted to Yugure we still have those, for PCs.
Jess has an intriguingly complex attitude to the Cat House. She is opposed to the Aslan presence in human space, and thinks they are dangerous sophonts who killed her friends and nearly got her twice too. She also respects them as good warriors with a code of honour. She thinks she ought to keep close because she is honour-bound to Yugure, but also by staying close she can get advanced notice of an Aslan threat to human space...
Then there's Polly. Jess feels responsible for her ending up there and wants to keep an eye on her too.
But surely Jess needs to leave room on her bike for Beau???
However. one fixed forward firing mount is possible (if difficult to imagine working practically).

Stop trying to make Jess and Beau a thing.
Even the Mad Max series didn't find a way to put a .50 on a bike ( though Car Wars did )
Keep in mind, with your current upswing in status, you could put together a second "Training/Cadre" Unit. People would pay to show up and get training. Companies would pay to send their people to you, if you can turn out a good product. In the US, such classes average $200 per day, per student, and last 1-5 days. You could have up to twelve students in a class, and run a two day weekend crash course.
Good idea. Do any of us have Instruct? Not that we need it to do basic training, but we could charge more if we could actually qualify folk )
