You kick in the door and see a large prison cell containing 5 prisoners, each chained to the limestone walls. There is a dead goblin, the bones of a dwarf, two human males, and a large battle scarred norker. The keys to the locks is hanging by the door. The humans plead for help.

The human prisoners thank you for your kindness. The norker prisoner looks at you with a nervous expression.

Kelben grabs the keys to the cell and begins unlocking the cell door(s). "Something feels off about this. The keys just right there and no guards?" he only unlocks the cell with the humans inside. figuring the bones and dead goblin don't need to be freed since they are beyond help. The scarred norker leaves the gnome suspicious. "Someone want to try talking to him?" he says pointing at the norker that is locked up.

Steps to the pile of dwarven bones. Addressing the Norker
So what are your crimes Scum? (In Hobgoblin) Why are you locked up here? (In Goblin)
As he is talking he searches the bones of the dwarf, kind of matter of fact like he doesn't really care what the reason he is chained up for but should ask.

To the non-norker prisoners, pointing at the norker "Do you know if he speaks common, did he talk to you at all?"

The norker looks like he has been tortured and is in a bad physical condition. The 2 humans appear to be weakened do to lack of nourishment.Rex wrote:Slatra

The humans are grateful for being freed, and ask for some food. The tell you that their caravan was raided by the norkers about a week ago and they were taken prisoner. They beg for food and water and say that they have not had a meal in nearly 3 days!GreyWolfVT wrote:Kelben grabs the keys to the cell and begins unlocking the cell door(s). The chained norker looks up at you with a nervous look on his face and begins to speak in norker. You don't understand much of what he is saying but you do recognize that he was tortured by the other norkers for committing a crime against them.Darklin2 wrote:Artemus

Both of them eat the rations and are thankful for your help. They ask if you could lead them out of the dungeon so they could make their way back to the city?GreyWolfVT wrote:Kelben offers the humans some of his rations "Here eat you look like you could use it." he says to them.

Gorash looks the norker over. "What do you think he could have done?"
He'll ask the same question to the norker in Orcish.

Kelben shrugs "I dunno, lets see what the others say." he replies to the humans.

Re: Adventure #001 - Grakhirt's Lair
The humans tell you that they have been locked up in this room for 3 days now, and the norker was brought in yesterday and locked up. The norkers that locked him up were very upset at him and were beating him up for about an hour. Again they ask you to safely lead them out of the dungeon so they can return to the city.GreyWolfVT wrote:Kelben shrugs "I dunno, lets see what the others say." he replies to the humans.

Hex offers to lead the humans back to the entrance and once they feel strong enough after the feast, will do so.
