So I'll be capping it at 5 players. I would like a mix of new players and vets. Vets will be Neonates that are 30-45 years old and will start with extra XP, and new players will be fledgelings 3-6 years old and will get some bonus backgrounds and leeway with social transgressions. We can talk as a group to make sure it's balanced between the two groups.

Heavy tourism makes the city a hotspot of cameras and video feed, which in turn becomes a strain on the masquerade. More so than other cities, kindred society must be ever more vigilant. Using this as an opportunity, the Prince has put investigative coteries together mixed with fledgelings and neonates to show them the ropes tasked with finding violations and covering them up as well as gathering evidence on the transgressors.
Year will be kept mostly vague, but assume if it exists today it exists in game.
