Saracen nods. I have been wondering about that. Perhaps we could come back for him. A shame my magic cannot shrink his ass down so we can accommodate him. Still, if the dust works he can make his own way back. Besides there must be enough room. He takes not more space now than he did on the way here with the rest of us. He’s just heavier. And less bound to murder someone.
The cleric agrees with the others on the fate of Cresty.Thinking that the glowing rocks maybe useful in future adventuring the cleric takes one of them and puts it in her pack. Shall we explore the rest of the area before we go? Perhaps we can learn more about the mysteries of this cursed place.

Alordan stands quiet after the deed is done. He holds his sword for a bit before cleaning it and sheathing it. The present filters back in and the various conversations he hears once again. He feels sorry for Cresty.
After a few more minutes pass he tries to calmly ask the girl some more questions if she's up for it. Hopefully saving her there is some good to come of all this. "I hope that eases your fears, some. It seems to have calmed me a bit after all that's happened in these tunnels. So sad. Can you tell us more about it or if you know about any wizard? Does the name 'brutus' ring a bell?" He waits patiently with her for any possible answers.
Carucenus cleans his sword and sheathes it. He goes back to Mina and tries to comfort her. "Easy now. The beast is dead and we can go soon enough. I don't even care for the treasure we came looking for... Not that I did much to earn it." he mutters between his teeth.
The cleric turns to Andron. Did you see anything in the well? Perhaps we can obtain some water or whatever liquid is in there and mix it with the pink powder, then pour it on Cresty?... She looks to the others in the group for their thoughts on the idea.
In addition, she thinks about her mace. What powers does it possess? . She thinks for a moment and smiles...Oh...why not she moves to Cresty's petrified body and touches it with her mace...hoping maybe Cresty, by the power of the mace, might turn him back to flesh.
Andronichishche stops to consider Lerrick's question, perhaps for a bit longer than would otherwise be expected for such a mundane question. "I did not get a close look, but appears to be spring fed water."
The cleric shakes her head and mumbles to herself No...I don't think spring water will do it. To Andron, I believe that the pink powder in the vial needs to to be mixed with something in order to activate the power it holds. I don't think spring water will do it. In our exploration of this place did we find anything containing a liquid. I know we found the vial and the exploding scroll tube. She winks at Saracen. Did we find anything else...or is there anything else in this room?
Andronichishche retrieves the tiny box with the inscribed message on the lid. He offers it to Saracen. "This was also found with the vial, it appears to contain some kind of liquid, but it doesn't radiate of magic. They both have a similar rubber lining, although I wouldn't consider that a positive correlation for mixing. The message indicates it was intended for Marquees and the inference is that this is what was used to transform him into that ... creature ... something much closer in nature to a medusa."
I am hoping that the reverse is true. It is worth a try. I'm willing to perform the mixing of the liquid into the vial. I believe that this might be able to bring the paladin back to us.
Andronichishche nods in understanding at Lerrick's request. "I advise against it, but if you are determined on this course of action, let us wait to hear the result of Brother Saracen's augury first. I also must reiterate my caution. Please be very careful. That scroll tube was mundane, yet had the force of a giant and the fire of a dragon."
Maybe wait until we know exactly what they do before throwing the stuff around like fairy dust. We can always take cresty back then you magic types can keep communing with your gods and casting spells until we know for sure instead of wasting stuff.
