Hi Unseen Servant! My name is Kent. I've been RPing for slightly over 10 years now, and love forum games. I'm a big writer, but don't really care for modern narrative games (FATE and *World games namely, but I'd give them a chance!) vastly preferring old-school style systems. My favorite game of all time is Stars Without Number (and anything by Sine Nomine really), but also really like D&D--1st Ed. Advanced and the new 5th Edition are my favorites. I also like Call of Cthulhu (I have the 6th Edition) and some of the New World of Darkness titles.

Genre-wise, I prefer scifi, urban fantasty, horror, post-apocalypse or supers. I generally like fantasy, but only really love it when infused with much weirdness! Lamentations of the Flame Princess is great for this, and anything to do with Vornheim. Less Tolkein for me, more China Mieville.

I'm also a comic artist, and like to make little doodles of my characters, other peoples characters, and NPCs when I'm GMing.

I'm running 2 Stars Without Number games on other forums and plan on running a third someday (maybe here!) and am currently only playing in 2 games (5th Edition and Call of Cthulhu).

This is a game about killing things and taking their stuff so you can become more powerful in order to kill bigger things and take even better stuff.

I'm loving the Apocalypse World stuff (Monsterhearts!), but role playing is a lot of different things. As long as it is fun to you, then that's all that matters.

Welcome! Very nice art, Mister-Kent. That is a talent that I do not possess. I have a hard time drawing stick figures.

Hello all! I'm back, hopefully for a good while :D Been having fun with some Discord and Roll20 games lately, and I am so eager to get back into PbP games!

EDIT: Unfortunately I'm having problems responding to/starting threads, I'm suprised imy reply worked here ~
