Alordan bleeds out....
Round 8 (cont'd)
Kaltar's round eight action is noted. I still need an action from Epsilon and will close round eight once I've worked in the two remaining actions.
The die roller is currently down so I will make all rolls until it has been restored. Initiative has been rolled, and the players will act first, so feel free to declare your round nine actions. If a roll is required for your round nine action, please provide me the macro you would normally use on your own to spare me from having to figure it out on my own.
Maybe my rolling will turn things around for the group?
The updated map for round 8 is below (Kaltar and Epsilon have, at least for the time being, been left in their current locations), and the Hit Points and Signature pages have been updated to reflect the current status of the game.

Nice try.tooleychris wrote:<-----Waiting to see what the DM rolled for Grim before posting mineJK!

The only rolls I've made so far are initiative (so no roll from the party is needed -- trust me!). If the die roller is working again, as it appears to be based on Computer +1's post a bit ago, feel free to make the rolls needed for your actions.
In some good news, Strom, the stench will end after next round. Beginning in round 11, any strength loss due to missed saving throws will be restored (now, the trick will be actually living that long).

I have nothing to say
longsword to hit (+3 str bonus): [1d20+3] = 2+3 = 5 , damage1d8 (+4 str bonus): [1d8+4 ] = 2+4 = 6

Re: 08. Another Wave... of Nausea
Using his off hand axe in an attempt to feint an attack and distract the trogs defenses, Grim follows thru with his primary ax, cleaving through the scaly foes head between eyes and mouth, splaying blood and brain in a gory explosion.
dual hand axes [1d20+4] = 19+4 = 23 dmg [1d8] = 6 hand axe #2 [1d20+4] = 6+4 = 10 dmg [1d6] = 6
Grimnail, covered in the trogs ruin, smiles evily to his companion hoping to un nerve it.

Re: 08. Another Wave... of Nausea
epsilon stays with his fellow cleric trying to rescue garth.
I cannot access the unseen servant dice roller at work as it is blocked by the firewall. I can use invisible castle, if you don't wanty invisible castle rolls then you cna roll for me.
1d20=2
after seeing that roll hopefully you don't like invisible castle and want to roll for me lol

Re: 08. Another Wave... of Nausea
Seriously, who pissed off the dice roller in this game? Someone needs to fess up.

Dragon foot. Bamboo pole. Little mouse. Tiny boy.
Round 8 (End)
"Come friends we must reach Garth to be able to revive our comrades! Are you with me?" Kaltar calls out as he moves to the fallen form of their elven comrade, hoping those able will follow his lead.
The cleric circles wide and is able to avoid immediate notice of the troglodyte which moments earlier dropped Alordan and instinctively begins to pull the limp from from harms way. Relief is felt when the cleric detects the arrival of Epsilon, whom quickly assists in the attempt to drag their comrade from harms way.
The pair definitely captures the attention of the remaining enemies (e10,e12) and are unable to immediately begin binding wounds.
---
Round 8: End
The players have won initiative for this round. I already have round nine actions for Strom/Ewell and Grimnail.
Kaltar and Epsilon, given the above, I will need round nine actions (and rolls, if applicable) from you before proceeding.

Re: 08. Another Wave... of Nausea
Kaltar heals Garth (on the assumption they wont have a free hit against him):
Cure Light Wounds [1d8] = 2
Cure Light Wounds [1d8] = 2
Re: 08. Another Wave... of Nausea
Garth bleeds.
Just so you know, he doesn't have any healing spells.....

Round 9
Grimnail, in an impressive showing, successfully slashes one of his foes (e4) in its face, bringing a quick end to what life it had remaining. An intimidating look from the barbarian appears to have scared his remaining adversary off… until it quickly sends its javelin at the half-orc, nearly spearing him in what would certainly have been a devastating hit. The battle continues.
Ewell and Strom, the two noble warriors continue to struggle against their heavily wounded foe; a beast who's proving to be quite resilient as it sends the tip of its javelin past the defenses of the paladin (-3).
With Epsilon attempting to hold off the two troglodytes (e10, e12) responsible for dropping both Garth and Alordan, Kaltar quickly casts 'Cure Light Wounds' on the fallen elf… but the elf remains motionless. Perhaps still unconscious. Perhaps expired. Given the proximity of the conflict taking place just before him, it's difficult to tell. Epsilon's bravely swings at the scaly beasts advancing on him, narrowly missing, and his heroic act comes with a cost as the cleric gets stuck by the first javelin thrust at him (-4), but is able to avoid the second.
---
On the Kindle, so no map update… but not much has changed as the relative positioning of those still standing remains basically the same.
I will need an initiative roll for round 10 as well declared actions and corresponding rolls.

Dave does he not have the same options as a cleric in terms of switching in healing spells? If not - arrgghh!
For next round Kaltar moves to join Ep and fights:
Mace Action To Hit [1d20] = 15 Dam [1d6+1] = 3+1 = 4
Re: 08. Another Wave... of Nausea

longsword to hit (+3 str bonus): [1d20+3] = 3+3 = 6 , damage1d8 (+4 str bonus): [1d8+4 ] = 2+4 = 6
Ewell goes through the action of swinging his sword, only to finally realize something undeniably hates him...
