Interest Check: Old-School Essentials Halloween One-shot

I can promise terror, glory, and riches...or a quick and brutal death.

Interest Check: Old-School Essentials Halloween One-shot

#1 Post by tpj »

I’ve been wanting to take Old-School Essentials for a spin with the Advanced Fantasy rules and the Dolmenwood races.

This would be an old Halloween-themed Labyrinth Lord adventure slightly adapted for Dolmenwood, probably 4-6 players.

If you decide to try it, I'm in. I've never used that system, but I'm system-agnostic anyway.

Ok. That's four so far. Great!

I'll work on getting the game set up with some basic details for character generation and I'll PM you all the ID.

I'd love to get in on this too. I want to see how Gavin's Fairy Elf is in play!

Also, I've put up a poll on whether to use ascending or descending armor class for this game. Please take a moment to respond. Thanks.

Surprisingly, most of the characters so far are using the standard B/X classes. If you want to try your hand at playing a Grimalkin you're welcome to join. We're still finishing characters.
