Schillachi: for ease of reference.
Re: Character Generation
The sheet on D&D Beyond will be more relevant, but I can keep this one up to date if it helps.

If a player wants to also use the die roller character sheet for their own purposes, that's fine, but it can not serve as a replacement.
The D&D Beyond sheet is the only source I use, so it must be maintained/updated by the player at all times.

Re: Character Generation
Since the character sheet on the Beyond site will be the one I will keep updated, here is just my character's updated back story and an image to go with it. Yes, I know, he looks a little older than 18, but hey, he fit the bill when he was still 26, so I stuck with it.
Thalian Goldehart
Backstory:
Thalian was gifted at an early age with great strength and was quickly put to work, as well as being apprenticed by the smithy to help his small logging community of Fieldstone. He got along well with others and always had a strong sense of justice, never afraid to help those in need. Truly, one could say that he had a heart of gold.
His honest nature, though, blinded him for many years to the deceit and ulterior motives that lied within everyone's day to day actions. Not everyone in the village was good of heart and meant well. Thalian learned this the hard way and woke up to his divine gifts during a moment of great emergency.
Ever since, Lathander has answered his prayers and helped the young lad help others, despite his naivety and youthful innocence. Learning that the world ran off of more than just kindness and hard work would be a hard lesson for Thalian to learn. So long as he had hope and inspired it in others the best he could, there would always be a new dawn just over the horizon.
The upcoming festival and rite of passage for all adults in his community were coming up. The day would soon come that he would be asked to leave Fieldstone with his friends and do some great task for the people. He was ready.
'Make us proud, boy! Keep that golden heart of your's untarnished and you will go far.'
Promising not to disappoint them, he sets out on his own journey.
