Well... You make some you can sell, we will get it framed up, then priced accordingly for cost of art and frame, and do it that way.

It is a hobby, so it is not totally dependent upon immediate income. But I do make my hobby pay its own way so it takes nothing from our family budget. That way, my wife has no cause for complaining.

I usually sell two or three boxes a year for anywhere from $150 to $500 a box (just depends on time, hardware, and materials - the last box I made cost me $125 in materials alone per I buy locks from England and use solid extruded brass hinges and real tartan lining). I also pick up a few tools real cheap here and there and then fix them up and sell them at a profit, things like that.

Heres the last mustang we did.
We tried to replicate a 67 Super Snake. It started off as a regular 67 fastback. Puke green.
We failed to get the official Shelby stamp, but I would still give a testicle to have it in my driveway.
Interceptor engine. 429 if i remember right.
Dont ask me why, but during resto, we were told to go with 1967 procedures (shelby requirement i guess)
Since we didnt get the official stamp, I wish we had gone with modern technique, but its still way cool.
It was paraded around the U.S at stadiums, speedways and car shows
It was to be auctioned off and the prceeds to go to a charity (Make a Wish Foundation)
Last I heard the car was in a museum in Branson Missouri, and that it survived a devastating tornado.

Sorry to hear that. My grandfathers were my heroes growing up. I was lucky to have them until I was in the mid 20s, and pray my kids get the same experience.

Just spend as much time as you can with the family, and dont worry about a silly game (or this one for that matter)...

I have a 3+ hour long job interview scheduled for tomorrow afternoon...

I'm hoping to have a new action post out in the next few hours.

By the way, I was offered this position earlier this morning, which I gladly accepted. The next few weeks look to be pretty chaotic as I transition out of my current role, but I will still stay on top of this game to the best of my ability during this time, and will eventually settle into a new routine once I start in this new position (though, it will severely cut into my daytime availability).

Seriously, though, I don't actually know what their Internet-usage policy is, but I certainly don't need to raising any red flags by logging hours on Unseen Servant... at least not right away.

If so, might I recommend an AT&T Hotlink for your smart phone and a laptop for giving you the ability to update the game an average of two hours per day during commute time? Maybe suggest your new employer provide you these things to accommodate those who depend upon you (i.e. your dependents)?

I don't have a smartphone, but since I will be facing a 1.5 hour train ride each way, Monday through Friday, I might have to explore something like you're suggesting. I know I'll be bringing my laptop, so worst case, I'll check the games quickly before leaving for work in the morning, copying-and-pasting everything I need to respond to into Notepad (where I do most of my updates anyway) so I can work on my responses offline while on the train. I'm sure I could quickly hop on Unseen Servant before starting my day and post what I've already written. I could do the same at the end of the day as well.

I suspected as much. A friend of mine moved to Chicago a few years ago and he has an hour commute on a train every morning and evening, as well. He said he's never gotten so much reading done and loves it.
