Elanriel (fighter)
I agree

Maybe we could scout out the cave somehow,,,, magically perhaps or one of the Thieves ?

I can say for certain having a marching order is a good plan I appreciate you guys thinking to do this before proceeding on. ;)

The proposed marching order looks good from my perspective too. Being young and inexperienced at adventuring / being in a party, Elanriel would very much be looking to follow other people's lead, so having her cover the rear makes sense. Good call, Rex.

Scouting out the cave seems like a good idea too, if someone can do it without too much risk. If someone actually goes in, we'd want not to be too far away though, in case they get spotted.

I'm also happy with the marching order, we can always switch things around later.

Just note that Weston cannot wear armour, although this is somewhat mitigated by a high dex and I lucked out and rolled max hp for 2nd level. Hope fully his extended spell list will make up for it! He does have a sling, so he is of use at range.

agree that sending in scout(s) is a good idea, they probably have sentries we ought to try and take out.

I took the liberty of posting the marching order up in the PC topic just under where I list all the character names after the players names in bold. Below that you should see marching order in bold with PC names in march order below.

Actually Del can not wear armor unless it is magical or drow made (from memory - I may be wrong about the drow part)

Always good to know character quirks, particularly when it comes to speciality priests.

yes we have a few/couple specialty priests in the group. They are all a little quirky for sure.

It hopefully wont seeing as we have 3 clerics. Granted all 3 are some sort of specialty priest. At least one of them does have the ability to Turn Undead.

Yes Del is the only one that I see has Turn Undead listed. That is the one I was referring to. ;)

I can only Turn Undead one at a time. Into little undead bits. With my long sword.

GreyWolfVT wrote:Yes I'll allow Clerics/Priest classes to "freecast" I would like to see spells on the character sheet once you select and use them if you will or if anyone still wishes to put up a list they know that day I am still fine with that method as well. However as a twist to freecasting I will use a roll method to determine if your god favors you with the spell then the result will be informed to the player. Fair enough?
Will you allow characters to pray for specific spells (the old fashioned way) and cast them at no risk, but also allow those same characters to attempt to "freecast" and replace a prayed-for spell with another spell of the same level, using a roll to see if the deity approves the substitution?

Yes absolutely I can do that. I'm open to using the preferred method of each player running a Cleric. ;)
