Mutant Powers - Active
These are the tables to determine the outcome of a character’s Active Mutation Roll. Each mutation has its own entry.
NOTE: If a mutation has an next to it, it is an initial mutation. An initial mutation fails for the day on a roll of 2-6. A roll of 7-11 means the mutation fails for that round, but may be used again in the next round.
Mega Mutations fail for the day on a roll of 2-7 and fail for the round on an 8-13.
