Parley...OOC chat and questions for player characters.
Re: Parley...OOC chat and questions for player characters.
LOL! I was going back and rereading a bit of this and stumbled onto this exchange. What do you think, Ed? Did Rexlin get it oddly right or incredibly wrong?GreyWolfVT wrote:Pocc sighs "I hope you're right about me being good luck. Though for a druid nature is the aspiration, and desires we seek. Though I often find myself drawn to sail the seas."Bluehorse wrote:Rexlin
Seems a little taken aback. "You'd really just settle down like that? Some middle of nowhere for the rest of your days like a hermit? Why bother with all this then if that is all you're going for? You don't need a fortune for that. Heck even Mad Old Eli found an island..." he jerks up and looks over both shoulders then at the sky and the sea making a sign. Muttering something that sounds vaguly apologetic. "Anyway, what I guess I'm getting at is you're welcome with me any time, but I think you need to figure out what's driving you before it drives you mad in the gettin there. Frankly, I have a feeling you're going to be good luck to have around on this next venture. Just sayin' "

The in-message link seems broken, but the deck plan shows up for me at the bottom of the message as an attachment.

I will be at an company conference next week in tropical Canada and will possibly not be as responsive about posting. Feel free to NPC as necessary.
General guidelines: Please be funny, keep the PC alive, and find all the hidden treasure I would have missed.
I should be able to post a few times along the way.

sure, well the next obvious move is to track down the crippled vessel and wayward shots aside, take it captive. Some folk have other information found on board the San Roque which they could 'in character' share with the others as folk go all hands on deck to sail after their prey. I will wait the weekend for Zhym and Iggway to respond if they wish a specific action or comment and then post a new narration later.

I don't have anything specific for Zoggrot.

Re: Parley...OOC chat and questions for player characters.
sorry all I was involved in a cart accident on Friday, and I'm alright, but i have no car at the moment so I've been dealing with all that and haven't really paid much attention to the games here. Once things get back to somewhat normal I should be back to my usual posting pace.

Pocc posted previous his character would not attempt to board so I will narrate that as his default action.
Re: Parley...OOC chat and questions for player characters.
Hey, crew. I wanted to give some advanced notice that Nov. 21st I'll be having surgery. Not sure what my posting will be like for that time, but I wanted to give you time to make contingency plans etc. As my grandpa Campbell used to say, this gettin old BS ain't for the faint of heart.

read in local paper here of a surgical miscibility case going on. Some bloke went in to have his tonsils out but the surgeon was in the wrong theatre and his notes said the patient was getting neutered!!
Re: Parley...OOC chat and questions for player characters.
So does that mean he doesn't get to have that post-surgery bowl of ice cream now? Seems a little unfair.
