B S Here (I)
Re: B S Here
I think Devrin, travelling alone, presented as a straggler to a predator.

I think I will just make this mandatory from now on.Inferno wrote:Hah. Just happened again in Quest 8. Sorry I missed yesterday, fractured my wrist; so took a day off from writing.
Back at it today!

No problem!!!
I hope you heal well.
Re: B S Here
ARRGH! I really _hate_ when people look up the monster in the books _during_ the fight! But I am fighting the temptation to do just that right now.

Re: B S Here

It's a tall, ugly sea monster that can regenerate.
Nuff said!

Re: B S Here
I bet it regenerates in the water. If we cripple it on dry land, we can hack it up

You are most certainly welcome! When I can, I will post almost continually. And I imagine once the creature reaches us, we'll be getting a LOT of action.OGRE MAGE wrote:Good Thinking!
I very much appreciate you speeding this part along so well!!! It will definitely allow the others to get involved sooner and not have to wait forever to do something.![]()
You two kinda met in the middle so the monster is about 150 feet or so up the beach and coming towards you slowly.
Jack, Alordan, and Raythan will arrive in 5 more rounds.

Man, I hope you're right. If it stops regenerating on land, we have a shot, at least.Bluehorse wrote:I bet it regenerates in the water. If we cripple it on dry land, we can hack it up

You guys better be gettin' busy avenging my dead ass!! And if Monocar needs additional reason, Devrin's secondary skill was tailor/weaver. He had already decided to make Monocar a new set of clothes and try his hand at leatherwork for shoes!!

Re: B S Here
Don't worry. Monocar won't be around much longer either. You can always make another tailor.

Re: B S Here
I'm working on it already. I had another character almost ready, and was about to start looking for another game, when.... HEY!! I can use it in THIS game!! LOL
