OOC I
Re: OOC
My posting may be a little sporadic, as I have to travel on business this week. It's not as cool as it sounds.

Re: OOC
I'd like to shoot for a 24 hour turnaround for combat, so, I will be posting the first round results tomorrow morning, unless I hear from everyone first. Couple of things. I allow movement and attacks in the same round. The goblins are about 20' away. Also, Dark Dungeons gives a +1 bonus to initiative if you declare prior to enemy declarations, and a -1 if you hold your action till the enemy declares (page 132). Also, characters attacking with a two-handed weapon automatically lose initiative (p.133).

Re: OOC
I forgot to pick languages, so either Drudsa doesn't speak goblin or he didn't catch what they just said.
Can we declare our actions now or should we wait for the surprise actions?

Re: OOC
Declare now. The goblins asked a question as their surprise round.
Re: OOC
I can't seem to find anything under "language" besides the skill. I would assume we all speak common and at least one other language (elf, dwarf, etc.).

Re: OOC
Sorry guys, I spaced on languages. Dark Dungeons doesn't actually have rules for these, so we will do the following: all characters can speak Common (Thyatian) plus one additional language (usually Traladaran for humans and racial tongues for demi-humans). Characters with an Intelligence bonus gain a number of additional languages equal to their bonus. Goblin is an acceptable bonus language. I can post additional choices when I get home. Let's go ahead and retcon now, since I should have caught that. My bad.

Re: OOC
Bregalad, the elf, speaks Common, Elvish, and Dwarvish. (He had spent time in his past residing with dwarves, hoping to learn the dwarven art of smithing.)
