Watts peers into the chamber, wishing the candle gave off more light than it presently did. Taking his 10' pole, he probes the area outside the sphere of illumination.

Angus lights his bullseye lantern. He holds his finger to his mouth, the universal signal for, "Y'all hush up, now; the baby's sleeping and if anyone wakes it I'm gonna whoop all y'all's asses." Making sure to keep his lantern pointed away from the sounds of the lullabye, he follows Watts into the room.

Yenny pockets the candle and follows in quietly (for her) in the appropriate order. She looks around at the ceiling as she walks in.

Hyde lowly growls at his own ineptitude, wishing he's have thought to light a torch to toss into the room, yet he follows.

Watts enters the room first. He taps the ground before him, illuminated by Yenny's faint candlelight, and finds it solid. He dare not tap too loudly for fear of waking the baby.
In the meantime, Angus pours a flask of oil into his bullseye lantern and lights it. Please deduct a flask from inventory. A perfect lighting source for this situation, he sweeps his beam of light quickly across the room. The door to the rope bridge is where he expects it to be based on Chet and Tempus' map:

The light washes quickly over the singing grotesque suit/baby pair in the northeast corner. The ranger does observe another door in the wall heading east (look at the middle picture in the link above - this door is where the question mark is - this part of the room was not observed previously by Tempus and Chet
I'll update the map with the next update.

Continuing to follow the strategy of following where Chet and Tempus managed to go without dying, Angus heads for the door to the rope bridge.

Angus avoids disturbing the suit-baby, illuminating a path directly towards the door Chet had previously indicated on the map.
As quickly as is prudent, they make their way to the door. Chet opens it, and ahead are sturdy rope bridges. It is light again here, lanterns attached to the rope railings again by solid iron rings. The lanterns illuminate 60' down, but not deeply enough to illuminate what lies below...if anything. Angus tries to angle his lantern downwards, and does so carefully. He avoids dripping flaming oil onto the bridge, but even the focused light of the bullseye lantern can't outpace the dark below.
The rope bridge reaches a 4-day intersection. To their right is the path to the chess room. Ahead, the bridge continues around a corner (I neglected to put this in the map before). To their left, a the bridge continues 10' and ends at a door.

The rope bridge groans under the weight of the party, but its sturdiness is never doubted. Still, it is unnerving to be suspended above a chasm of darkness and the party is glad to make their way onto the firmer ground of the "chess room."
To the left is a checkered pattern, roughly 40'x40'. On the left two rows sit a set of chess pieces, made of stone. The rooks are badly degraded, but the others are in excellent condition. Brown spatter is seen against the far wall, where Chet and Tempus faced off against the chameleon women - and where Fluffy was slain.
These chess pieces don't seem to qualify as statues, with the possible exception of the knights.
The two archways, with no doors, still stand in the north wall. Chet seems distracted, looking at the chess pieces, but otherwise all is quiet.
