Epi

The ranger sighs as she sees the forces greeting her. She pulls her long bow and while very tempted to shoot at the lecherous captain aims at the presumed spellcaster, but is apparently distracted by her subconscious.

Orando, elf

Orando sighs as swords are drawn. He weighs this battle against the expected conflict with the Mayor. The elven mage wants to hold his magicks for that, yet...

Orando eyes the woman - is that sorcery she's slyly casting? Orando decides on a martial response, drawing out The Bitch and firing off arrows at the woman.

Father Dowling

The priest moves closer to the enchantress, positioning himself between her and the rest of the investigators. He then turns to face them, in an attempt to block their view of the beautiful stranger.

"Well, would you look at this! Orando I..." begins Ozwaldus as he examines the drawing when they are suddenly interrupted by the intruders. "Please don't hurt me!" he cries as he quickly drops down behind the desk so that only his eyes are showing above it. Would it have killed me to memorize Color Spray? he thinks to himself. Seeing Father Dowling behaving so strangely, he feels certain the poor fellow has been enchanted in some way and is now siding with the lady. For this reason he judges that an illusion would perhaps be ill-advised -- the ensorcelled priest would just point it out to his new "friend." Instead, he quickly ducks down the rest of the way and casts Invisibility of himself. Then, figuring the noise of the battle will cover him, he begins making is way around the perimeter of the room to try to get behind the... well the quite physically attractive lady. She really is quite well put together and charming (ha ha), he has to admit, barring the seemingly evil behavior. Simply delightful to look at.... He continues his sneaky progress.

Sir Ugghra, half-orc aristocrat:

"Kill Us All?! Don't You Mean, Arrest Us?" demands the indignant inhuman investigator. "Surely You Have Evidence of These Baseless Charges! Or Have You Renegades and Miscreants Overthrown All Semblance of Law and Order?"

The nobleorc draws steel and will attack Teneel if he can reach him; otherwise, the largest of their attackers. Sir Ugghra mercifully uses the flat of his blade to subdue these sorely misguided, presumptuous peasants, teaching them a much needed lesson in knowing their place!

Sacred Sword: To Hit: [1d20+5] = 19+5 = 24, Damage: S/M:[1d10+6] = 10+6 = 16, L: [3d6+6] = 13+6 = 19

Tearing Up the Town Hall
Round 1

Chaos breaks out in the town hall as the investigators draw steel and bow. Ugghra and Angella step up to the front of the raised area as the guards move in to attack. They thrust up at you with their spears but cause no damage with their feeble attempts. Ugghra steps forward and uses the raised elevation to his advantage. He pummels the guard in front of him squarely on the top of his helmet. The man crumples to the ground unconscious like a sack of potatoes that fell off the back of a wagon.

Wincing a little at the fact that one of her guards went down almost instantly, the sexy woman responds to the halforc since he is so willing to chat. Why would I arrest you when I can simply kill you? I doubt this world would miss you too much Sir Ugghra. Now, why don't you put down that great big sword of yours and come on over a little closer to me?
Save vs. Spells, please (or I can)

The lecherous Captain jumps up onto the higher level trying to attack Sir Ugghra. When he sees what the brute has just done to the guard, the frightened bully changes his mind and spins instead towards the unarmored Angella. He chops into her shoulder with his longsword just as she chops with her bare hand into the throat of the guard in front of her. 4 dam

Four arrows fly from the bows of Orando and Epi. None of them come very close to hitting the mysterious woman, but one does come very close to the head of the bumbling Father Dowling as he rushes in front of the woman to act as her human shield. Orando watches the woman closely as she attracts the attention of their priest. He has never seen a spell cast in that fashion before. He can only assume that this was some innate ability.

Ozwaldus squats down and turns himself invisible with his magic. He peeks out from around the desk to see which direction is safest to run away.

Father Dowling

The priest will position himself directly between Epi and the mysterious stranger to try and shield her from the ranger's arrows as best he possibly can, staying right by her.

Ozwaldus figures the side with the ridiculously brutish orc and the unconcious guard is probably the best bet. He'll make his way dextrously around sir Ughra, hugging the wall and try to get near the lady, behind and to her left. He'll then pause a moment to see if her beckoning of sir Ughra has any results. If it does he will hesitate, not wishing to become a visible target for a charmed brute. If he doesn't, Ozwaldus will take out one of his magical darts and throw it from point blank range at her lovely head. He sincerely hopes they aren't Darts of Fireball.
Attack with dart (THAC0 17): To hit:[1d20] = 3, Damage vs s/m [1d3] = 3, vs. L [1d2] = 1 oops... i sincerely hope there's a huge bonus for surprise/invisibility/magic dart, because otherwise Oz fluuuubbed it... :)

Epi

Well so much for Plan A. If we don't take her out or at least distract her, it seems we'll all be on her side. "Stay with us big guy!" Epi draws her sword and charges. She will fake to the left and hope that the charmed Father will fall for it, then give him a push with her shield while attempting to reach around to the right to strike the main foe. Alas she fails. Time to think up Plan C.

Tearing Up the Town Hall
Round 2

Sir Ugghra stares at the woman longingly for a split second as looks of confusion and indecision suddenly cross his face, emotions not normally seen from the big nobleorc. As with most things he doesn't agree with, he simply shrugs it off with his usual harrumph and nonsense. He moves in to help the outnumbered Angella, striking at Captain Taneel. He hits him with the flat of his blade, still not willing to kill people that he believes to be only acting as mindless thralls. The blow does minimal damage to the sheriff, allowing him to swing out at Angella again.

The quick monk is able to dodge his attack this time, but then gets speared in the thigh by the guard that she is fighting. 3 dam She tries punching the guard in his face but he jerks his head back and she catches only air.

Ozzy has a plan. He sneaks around the battle invisibly and gets into position for a point blank missile attack on the mysterious woman. He wants to try out one of his unidentified darts, hoping to learn their magical secrets. Being that he is invisible now, Epi doesn't know he is there and she totally bumps into his arm as she charges in, knocking the dart harmlessly to the ground before he even gets to his wind up. (DM awarded mulligan)

Father Dowling makes eye contact with the charging Epi as he stoically protects the mysterious woman. Epi doesn't seem to notice. She jukes to the left and the charmed priest with no real combat training completely falls for the ruse. She holds him away with her shield and swings her highly magical sword at the woman. With a grace that would make Angella jealous, the exotic looking female merely steps aside of the blow and it misses her completely.

You insolent fool! She shouts at Dowling. KEEP THESE MEAT SACKS AWAY FROM ME! ESPECIALLY HER!!!

She takes a step back as Orando pulls out a copper piece and finishes a spell. He shouts out to the woman as the battle rages on right in front of him.

Do I serve her? HA! How is it that you creatures have foiled my business every step of the way, yet you still have no idea what is going on? I don't serve her! I am her, you fool! The elf tries to read her thoughts but the connection is like nothing he has ever experienced before. The sensation of pain he receives makes it almost too much to continue, but he does manage to get some really horrifying surface thoughts from the women. Too bad we will have to kill all of them, they would make fine specimens to try some alterations on. I sure hope the farmers have a good growing season. Thank Demogorgon that the bumbling goody two shoe priest isn't here with them!

She then looks deeply into Epi's eyes and commands her to drop that wicked sword. Save vs. Spells please or........well, you know.

Orando, pornormancer

Orando's eyes narrow as April confirms an unvoiced suspicion of his. Her power of influence, unnatural ability to dodge attacks, her concern about Epi's magic sword, the worship of Demogorgon... Orando thinks he knows what she is. The ancient elf remembers a night of debauchery 150 years ago, in the 169th level of the Abyss, where a succubus had her way with Orando (truth be told, he didn't mind). Yes, April reminds him of that. In which case they are in trouble.

"Use magic weapons - she is a demon!" yells Orando.

"Come forth Kaine!" Orando exclaims as he casts Arneson's Aggrandisement (Enlarge) upon the half-orc.

Sir Ugghra, half-orc aristocrat:

"A Demon?" repeated the stout-hearted stuffed shirt. "But To Strike a Woman? How Unsporting! How Unseemly! How-OWWWWGGGRRRHHHHH!!!" he snarled in pain as his noble, terrible visage once more transmogrified into that of a monstrous savage, a gigantic creature of despicable and wanton violence, the thing known as Krual Caine.

"DAMNED BITCH! FILTHY WHORE! YOU'RE THE ONE CAUSING ALL THIS FUCKING TROUBLE THEN, EH?!" he barked with spittle flying from his hateful lips, this time not at Orando. The heinous terror lunged, rather like a blood mad tiger, at the demon woman, holding the Sacred Sword of Quo as a butcher would a carving knife. "WELL, WE'LL SOON PUT A STOP TO THAT, WON'T WE, MY SWEET LITTLE DEAR!" the nightmare thing roared with black mirth as it descended upon the demoness.

Sacred Sword: To Hit: [1d20+5] = 18+5 = 23, Damage: S/M:[1d10+6] = 4+6 = 10, L: [3d6+6] = 8+6 = 14

I'm still on vacation, but had some time. :)

Epi

Save versus spell: Need 16, [1d20] = 18 Passed

"I've got a much better place for this blade." Hopefully with Krual Caine on one side she can slip past the good Father and get an attack in on the demon.

Attack: THAC0=18 [1d20+3] = 18+3 = 21
Damage: [1d8+4] = 5+4 = 9
