sorry there Greywolf, looks like hanging out with Lawrence has given your character a reputation now. Who would want to hang out with a nerd but another nerd himself? You can be a funny guy, fun to the Max-imum, but you are also kind of a nerd - no offence

Re: Vault-Tec: OOC Chatter
I did! Got to try several games I had never played before, including a couple miniatures games using the Chainmail rules. Lots of fun. I added up the hours the games I played were scheduled for, and ended up with 48 hours. Not bad for a three and a half day convention. I played 14 hours a day Thurs-Sat, 6 hours on Sunday.Fulci wrote:Have fun!!Scott308 wrote:I will be out of town until Sunday evening. I bet our next post is going to blow everyone else's out of the water, it's gonna be so amazing we'll have to postpone because we'll be taken to emergency care from heart attacks at the sheer amount of how awesome it is.
So excited!

Re: Vault-Tec: OOC Chatter
It was. I got to hang out with Ogre Mage for a bit. We were only able to register for one game together, but it was one of the Chainmail miniatures games, and we had a blast. Our orc forces slaughtered the British defenders! I also got to meet Chubby Pixie. I didn't get to hang out with him all that much, as I was looking for an evening game both times I ran into him so had to get going. Good times were had by all. I got to see friends who I only see once or twice a year, some of whom I will be able to see again in November at Gamehole Con in Madison. You aren't that far away Fantasy Chic, you should head on up for Gamehole. It is a lot of fun. And you will be pretty much guaranteed to meet at least two people from the board...and a whole bunch of people that seem to have some sort of celebrity status just because they wrote a bunch of game stuff, people with names like Mentzer, Ward, Cook, Kask, Gygax, Blackburn, Hammack, Greenwood, Perkins, Rasmussen, Chenault, ...I don't know, I guess it is neat to meet those guys, but it's not like they play in any games here.GreyWolfVT wrote:sounds like a lot of fun Scott.
